【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、プレハブ住宅などの家屋の屋上部に
設ける塔屋の側壁構造に関し、詳しくは塔屋の縦
壁1よりも外方に外方程下降する斜辺2を有する
直角三角形状のトラス構造体3を側壁パネル4に
一体的に設けて成ることを特徴とする塔屋の側壁
構造に係るものであり、その目的とするところ
は、構造的に丈夫で、かつ支持荷重の分散を図る
ことができ、外観を高めることができる塔屋の側
壁構造を提供することにある。

てある。また床フレーム6の両側面に夫々複数例
に結合金物10,10をボルトナツト等の手段で
固着させて結合金物10,10の上片10a,1
0aを上方へ突出させてある。結合金物10,1
0の上片10a,10aには透孔10bをあけて
ある。この床パネル5は建物A用の屋根部パネル
11と同じ規格寸法に形成されているものであつ
て、現場において建物Aの屋上部12に敷設され
た屋根部パネル11の間に第1図のように嵌込ま
れ、床フレーム6は(屋根部パネル11同志の連
結と同様に)第3図及び第4図に示すような〓形
金物13を介して床パネル5の下方からボルト1
4とナツト15により屋根部パネル11のフレー
ムと連結される。また床フレーム6の後端部は第
5図に示すようなL形金物16を用いて建物Aの
壁パネル17上端に固定される。このようにして
屋上部12に設置された床パネル5の階段用開口
部7の下には第1図に示すように階段18が設け
られている。図中4,4は左右1対の側壁パネル
であり、チヤネル鋼により後部が斜め下りとなつ
た斜辺2を有する台形状に側壁フレーム19を形
成し、側壁フレーム19の内外に夫々内装材21
と外装材22とを貼着してある。側壁フレーム1
9の前枠19aは第6図に示すようにチヤネル鋼
の溝を外側に向けてあつて、側壁フレーム19の
前部に上下に亘つて溝部19bを形成されてお
り、側壁フレーム19の下枠19cの端は溝部1
9bの開口部まで突出していてここに透孔19d
を穿孔されている。更に側壁フレーム19の下枠
19cには床パネル5の結合金物10と等ピツチ
で透孔19dを穿孔してその上にナツトを溶着さ
せてある。更に縦桟10eの透孔19fの内面に
はナツトを溶着してある。しかして第7図に示す
ように床パネル5両側の結合金物10,10の上
に夫々側壁パネル4,4を立て、第8図に示すよ
うに溝部19b内から下枠19c前端の透孔19
dにボルト19gを通して最前列の結合金物10
のナツトに螺着し、側壁パネル4を保持しつつ更
に床パネル5の下方から第9図のように残りの結
合金物10の透孔に下方からボルトを通して下枠
19cのナツトに螺着して側壁パネル4を結合金
物10に立装固定する。図中23は背壁パネルで
あり、チヤネル鋼により形成された背壁フレーム
24の内外両面に夫々内装材24aと外装材24
bとを貼着してあり、予じめアルミサツシの窓2
5を組込んである。図中26は左右の一方に出入
り口27を開口した出入り口付きパネルであり、
チヤネル鋼で形成したパネルフレーム28の内外
に夫々内装材と外装材とを貼着してある。更にパ
ネルフレーム28の両側面上下には、側壁パネル
4の前端部の第6図に示すような切欠部29と対
向して嵌合突部30を突設し、嵌合突部30の位
置においてパネルフレーム28に透孔を穿孔し、
透孔の裏にナツトを溶着させてある。しかして背
壁パネル23と出入り口付きパネル26は側壁パ
ネル4,4間に互いに対向するように立てられ第
11図に示すように連結されるものである。そし
て出入り口付きパネル28の下端を土台9の上に
載置して側壁パネル4,4間の前部に出入り口付
きパネル26を立て、第7図及び第11図に示す
ように、側壁パネル4の溝部内からボルトを通
し、このボルトを出入り口付きパネル26のナツ
トに螺着させて出入り口付きパネル26を側壁パ
ネル4に固定し、更に土台9から出入り口付きパ
ネル26下面にボルトを螺入させて出入り口付き
パネル26を土台9に固定する。図中33はチヤ
ネル鋼により組んだ屋根フレーム31の上面に上
面板32を貼着させた屋根パネルであり、屋根パ
ネル33の屋根フレーム31両側面には第12図
のように側壁パネル4,4の切欠部と対向するよ
うに複数個の係合突出部34を突設してあり、各
係合突出部34の位置において屋根フレーム31
に夫々透孔を穿孔してあり、最も前方の透孔の内
面にはナツトを溶着してある。しかして第12図
のように屋根パネル33の係合突出部34を側壁
パネル4,4上縁の切欠部に上方から嵌め込んで
屋根パネル33を背壁パネル23及び出入り口付
きパネル26の上に載置し、側壁パネル4の溝部
内から前枠部の透孔にボルトを通し、屋根パネル
33の最も前方のナツトに螺着し、屋根パネル3
3を側壁パネル4に固定する。このようにして第
13図のように塔屋Bが建物Aの屋上部に構築さ
