ルト・ナツト締付機に関するもので、ナツト締付
時におけるボルトの共回りを防止することを目的
とする。

従来高力ボルトに対するナツトの締め付けは締
付機によりナツトを回転させて行なつていたが、

することが困難であつた。又ボルトの共回りが発
見された場合再度締め付けること(二度締め)が
必要であつた。

本考案は斯かる問題に対処すべく為されたもの
で、ボルトに螺合するナツトに対して外嵌するソ
ケツトを有し、このソケツトを回転駆動させるよ
うにしたボルト・ナツト締付機において、前記ソ
ケツトの回転中心位置に回転不可能なロツドを設
け、このロツドの先端に、ナツト側に突出するボ
ルトの雄ねじ部端面に形成した溝と係脱自在な係
合部を設けたことを特徴とするものであり、前記
ロツド先端の係合部をボルト雄ねじ部端面の溝に
係合させておくことにより締付時におけるボルト
の共回りを防止し得、又ボルトの共回りの確認も
不要となり、二度締めの必要もないボルト・ナツ
ト締付機を提供せんとする。

以下本考案を実施例を示す図面に基づいて説明
する。先ず第1図〜第3図に示す第1実施例につ
いて説明すると、図において1及び2は2つの部
材3,4を強固に固定する高力ボルト及びナツト
で、締付機5によつてナツト2を回して締め付け
られるようになつている。締付機5はホース6に
よつて内部に供給される油或いはエアー等の流体
圧により作動する2本の平行なピストン部7,8
と、このピストン部7,8に形成されているラツ
ク7a,8aに噛合してピストン部7,8が作動
することにより回転するピニオン部9と、このピ
ニオン部9に筒状部10を介して結合される内ソ
ケツト11と、この内ソケツト11を包むように
固定不可能に設けられた外ソケツト12と、更に
前記ピニオン部9、筒状部10、内ソケツト11
内に嵌入された状態で回転不可能に設けられたロ
ツド13とから成つている。前記内ソケツト11
は前記ナツト2に外嵌して該内ソケツト11の回
転によりナツト2を締め付ける方向に回転させる
ようになつており、又外ソケツト12はナツト2
と部材4との間に介在されるワツシヤー14に外
嵌しワツシヤー14の共回りを防止している。又
前記ロツド13の一端はナツト2側に突出するボ
ルト1の雄ねじ部15端面に形成された一状の溝
16と係脱自在な係合部17を有し、この係合部
17は前記内ソケツト11内に位置している。又
ロツド13の他端側は小径となつていて締付機本
体18に螺合されたキヤツプ状支持部材19を挿
通して支持部材19のくぼみ20内において小径
部21端面にビス22にて固定されたストツパー
23にて支持部材19に対し抜け止め支持されて
いる。又前記くぼみ20及びストツパー23は互
いに嵌合するように角形に形成され、くぼみ20
内に位置するストツパー23は回転しないように
なつている。従つてロツド13も回転不可能であ
る。24は前記小径部21を取り巻くように設け
らたコイルばねで、前記ロツド13に軸芯方向に
弾性を持たせるようになつている。25は前記締
付機本体18に取り付けられたハンドル部であ
る。
