されており先軸と軸筒本体との螺着箇所が弛緩す
ると同所から内部のインクが蒸発したり又は漏出
したりする弊が生ずるため同所の弛緩防止は完全

箇所に雌ネジのネジ山が不接触状態となるネジ山
切欠部7を設けたことを特徴として構成されるも

加わつた場合に弛緩していたものが摩擦力に加え
て前記ネジ山切欠部7に没入して係止した変形を
生じていない箇所9を変形してその係止を解除さ
せる力をも加えなければその弛緩が不可能となる

造で切欠部のない雌ネジのネジ山5が形成されて
いる。第4図は上記雄ネジのネジ山6と雌ネジの
ネジ山5との螺合状態図であり、第5図は第4図
A−A線に於ける断面図であり、雌ネジのネジ山
5と雄ネジのネジ山6との歯面の歯合部に若干の
変形を受ける箇所8が生じ、又雄ネジのネジ山6
のうちネジ山切欠部7に位置する雌ネジのネジ山
5の部分には変形を生じない箇所9が現れる状態
を示している。第6図は本軸筒4が使用される筆
記具3の一例を示す縦断面図であり、軸筒本体1
の内部はインキ容器10となり軸筒本体1と先軸
2との接合箇所の内部にはインキ容器10から先
軸内へ流入するインキ量を制御する弁機構11が
装着されているもので、先軸2と軸筒本体1との
螺着部12の弛緩防止が強く要請されているもの

状態を解除しようとする場合は従来の摩擦力に加
えて、雄ネジのネジ山切欠部に没入状態で係合し
ている雌ネジの非変形状態のネジ山部分に逆に変
形を加えてその係合を解除せしめる力が必要とな
り、よつて螺着部の弛緩防止が有効に達成される
