工程に搬送するものであつた。このため抽出テー
ブルh上に残つたトレイb′,b′,b′は矢印iで示
したように装入テーブルaへ回送しなければなら
ずそのためのコンベヤを必要とするだけでなく工
場内専有面積が増えるため設備費が高くなると共
に返送時にトレイb′,b′,b′の連結をいつたん外
してから装入テーブルaで再度連結しなおす煩雑
な作業を要する欠点があつた。

連なる正逆転可能なローラーコンベヤを有するテ
ーブルを夫々配置してなることを特徴とし、ま
た、その操業方法は、炉内の被熱物を熱処理して
いる間に一方のテーブル上に次に処理すべき被熱
物を用意し、熱処理を終えた被熱物を他方のテー
ブル上に抽出すると同時に用意された被熱物を炉
内に装入し、抽出した被熱物は炉内の被熱物を熱
処理する間に次に処理すべき被熱物と置き換え、
さらに炉内の被熱物の熱処理を終えたときその被
熱物を装入されたのと同じ側の開閉扉からテーブ
ル上に抽出すると同時に反対側の開閉扉から次に
処理すべき被熱物を炉内に装入し、以下このよう
な装入、抽出を繰り返すことで、常に装入された
ときと同じ側の開閉扉から被熱物を抽出し、熱処
理の間に他方のテーブルに次に処理すべき被熱物

配置する。ローラーコンベヤ7R,7Lは同様に
正逆転可能なモータ9R,9Lに夫々伝動チエン
を介して連繋されている。
