Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce an installation cost and labor and to improve production efficiency by performing charging of material to be heated and discharging thereof from a charging side alternately from both opening and closing doors of a furnace body by means of forward and backward rotatable roll conveyors provided on a hearth and on the table on the outside of both doors. CONSTITUTION:The material 11 to be heated next is prepared on one table 8R while the material to be heat treated in a furnace is under heat treatment. The material 10 to be heated opens an opening and closing door 2L upon ending of the heat treatment and is discharged onto a roll conveyor 7L possessed by the other table 8L. An opening and closing door 2R is opened at the same instant thereof to charge the material 11 on the conveyor 7R of a table 8R into the furnace. The material discharged on the table 8L is replaced with the material to be heated next during the heat treatment of the material 11. The material 11 which has completed the heat treatment is discharged through the door 2R through which said material is charged onto the conveyor 7R. The above-mentioned operations are repeated thereafter.

ル上に次に処理すべき被熱物を用意し、熱処理を終えた
被熱物を他方のテーブル上に抽出すると同時に用意され
た被熱物を炉内に装入し、抽出した被熱物は炉内の被熱
物を熱処理する間に次に処理すべぎ被熱物と置き換え、
さらに炉内の被熱物の熱処理を終えたときその被熱物を
装入されたのと同じ側の開閉扉からテーブル上に抽出す
ると同時に反対側の開閉扉から次に処理すべぎ被熱物を
炉内に装入し、以下このような装入、抽出を繰り返すこ
とで、常に装入されたときと同じ側の開閉扉から被熱物
を抽出し、熱処理の間に他方のテーブルに次に処理すべ
き被熱物を用意するよう1こしたことを特徴とするもの
である。

次に処理すべき被熱物を用意し、熱処理を終えた被熱物

物を炉内に装入し、抽出した被熱物は炉内の被熱物な熱
処理する間に次に処理すべき被熱物と置き換え、さらに
