(Prior Art) Conventionally, a plate making printing apparatus as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is known from Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 15814/1983.
That is, the sponge 2 is placed on the base 1, one end of the opening/closing plate 4 carrying the lamp house 8 is pivotally attached to one end of the base 1, and a transparent pressing plate 5 is attached to the opening of the lamp house 3. At the same time, by providing a base paper fixing frame 6 below the transparent pressing plate 5, the heat-sensitive stencil base paper 8 is attached to the base paper fixing frame 6, and the document 7 is placed on the sponge 2, and the tip of the opening/closing plate 4 is fixed. The heat-sensitive stencil paper 8 is pressed onto the sponge 2 of the base 1 by the transparent pressing plate 5 on the lower surface of the lamp house 3, and the interior of the lamp house 3 is lit and heated to write the characters of the manuscript 7 on the stencil sheet of the base paper 8. , symbols, etc. are obtained, and the heat-sensitive stencil paper 8 is made into a plate (plate making process). Next, the opening/closing plate 4 is opened to release the stencil-made thermal stencil paper 8.
After removing the base paper 8 from the base paper fixing frame 6 and applying ink to the base paper 8, the thermal stencil base paper 8 is removed from the base paper fixing frame 6 again.
(inking process). Then, a printing material 9 is placed on the sponge 2 instead of the original 7, and the tip of the opening/closing plate 4 is pressed to press the inked heat-sensitive stencil paper 8 onto the printing material 9 to perform printing (printing process ), but it has the disadvantage that the heat-sensitive stencil paper must be taken out each time to perform the inking process, making it difficult to smoothly transition from the plate-making process to the printing process. Since it has to be placed on the sponge 2 which is fixed to the substrate, it has the disadvantage that it cannot be freely printed on any desired printing material like a stamp.

Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a pressing body 10 is provided separately from the plate-making device, a sponge 11 is attached to the lower surface of the pressing body 10, and support frames 1 are attached on both sides of the sponge 11.
2 and 12 are fixed, both sides of the inked thermal stencil paper 13 are inserted, placed and pressed onto a desired printing material, and the thermal stencil paper 13 is uniformly pressed onto the printing material using the sponge 11 for printing. It is also known to do this (Japanese Utility Model Application No. 54-154005), but the work efficiency is poor because the plate-made heat-sensitive stencil paper 13 must be attached to another presser 10, and a presser is prepared separately from the lamp house. The disadvantage was that it was expensive because it had to be done.

(Example) FIGS. 5 to 10 show an example of the present invention. 20 is a sponge plate with a square frame 21
A sponge 22 is fitted inside, its outer periphery is fixed, and one surface of the sponge 22 is made to protrude from the frame 21. Reference numeral 23 denotes a base paper plate, which has a rectangular frame 24 with a recess 26 formed at the upper part of the inner periphery thereof into which the outer periphery of the heat-sensitive stencil paper 25 is fitted. One side of the sponge plate 20 and one side of the base paper plate 23 are rotatably connected to both sides of a rectangular frame 27 by flexible connecting members 28a and 28b, respectively. 30 is attached, and engaging protrusions 31 and 32 having elasticity for snap-fitting are provided on the opposing inner circumferential surface of the frame body 27 to form a base paper cassette 33. 34 is a lamp house, which has a flattening bulb 36 attached to a socket 35 on both side walls, a reflecting mirror 37 fixed above it, a grip part 38 formed at the upper part, two batteries 39 stored inside it, and a transparent lamp housed on the lower surface. The pressing plate 40 is fixed, and the engaging protrusion 31,
Engagement recesses 41 and 42 are provided on both outer sides of the corresponding positions of 32. 43 is a disc spring, and 44 is a plate making switch.

During plate making, as shown in Figure 7, the base paper plate 23
The heat-sensitive stencil paper 25 is fitted into the recess 26 of the stencil sheet 25, the document 45 is superimposed on the lower surface of the heat-sensitive stencil paper 25, and the sponge plate 20 is superimposed and folded on the outside with the stencil plate 23 on the inside. As shown in FIG. 8, the frame 27 of the paper cassette 33 is made by folding the transparent pressing plate 40 on the lower surface of the lamp house 34 as described above.
the engagement protrusions 31 and 32 into the engagement recess 4.
1 and 42 to integrate the lamp house 34 and the base paper cassette 33. In this state, the grip part 38
When the sponge 22 is held and pressed downward, the sponge 22 is compressed and presses the original 45 and the heat-sensitive stencil paper 25 against the transparent pressing plate 40 on the lower surface of the lamp house 34, and the pressing force presses the disc spring 43 and switches on the plate making switch. 44 is closed, the flash valve 36 is turned on and heated, and the heat-sensitive stencil paper 25 is perforated in the original 45 ways.

During printing, the hooks 29 and 30 are removed, the folded sponge plate 20 and the base paper plate 23 are opened, the original 45 is removed, the transparent film 46 on the top surface of the thermal stencil paper 25 is turned over, inking is performed, and the transparent film 46 is opened again. Polymerize. Next, fold the sponge plate 20 inside as shown in FIG.
Lock at 9 and 30. In this state, lamp house 3
When the grip portion 38 of 4 is held and pressed against the printing material 47, the sponge 22 is compressed and the inked heat-sensitive stencil paper 25 is uniformly pressed against the printing material 47, and printing is performed.

(Effects) This invention has one side of the sponge plate and one side of the base paper plate rotatably pivoted to both sides of the frame to form a base paper cassette, which is removably attached to the underside of the lamp house. It is easy to operate and convenient because it is possible to perform plate making and printing by changing the upper and lower relationships of the polymerization set.

Also, when printing, the base paper plate can be placed on the bottom surface, so you can freely print on any printing material like a stamp, and you can use the lamp house as a presser without having to prepare a separate presser. Since it can be used as is, it has the advantage that it can be manufactured at low cost.
