(Prior Art) Conventionally, a plate-making printing apparatus as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is known from Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 15814/1983. That is,
A sponge 2 is placed on the base 1, one end of the opening/closing plate 4 carrying the lamp house 8 is pivotally attached to one end of the base 1, and a transparent pressing plate 5 is attached to the opening of the lamp house 3. At the same time, by providing a base paper fixing frame 6 below the transparent pressing plate 5, the heat-sensitive stencil paper 8 is attached to the base paper fixing frame 6, and the original 7 is placed on the sponge 2, and the tip of the opening/closing plate 4 is pressed. The transparent pressing plate 5 on the bottom of the lamp house 3 presses the heat-sensitive stencil paper 8 onto the sponge 2 of the base 1, lights up the interior of the lamp house 3, heats it, and prints the letters and symbols of the manuscript 7 on the stencil sheet of the base paper 8. A similar perforation is obtained, and the heat-sensitive stencil paper 8 is made into a plate (plate making process). Next, the opening/closing plate 4 is opened, the stencil-made thermal stencil paper 8 is removed from the stencil fixing frame 6, ink is applied to the stencil paper 8, and then the thermal stencil paper 8 is attached to the stencil fixing frame 6 again (inking step). Then, a printing material 9 is placed on the sponge 2 instead of the original 7, and the opening/closing plate 4 is placed on the sponge 2.
Heat-sensitive stencil paper 8 inked by pressing the tip
is pressed onto the printing material 9 (printing process), but in order to perform the inking process, the heat-sensitive stencil paper must be taken out each time, making the transition from the plate-making process to the printing process smooth. Furthermore, since the printing material 9 must be placed on the sponge 2 fixed to the base, it is not possible to freely print on any desired printing material like a stamp. Ta.

Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a pressing body 10 is provided separately from the plate-making device, a sponge 11 is attached to the lower surface of the pressing body 10, and support frames 1 are attached on both sides of the sponge 11.
2 and 12 are fixed, both sides of the inked thermal stencil paper 13 are inserted, placed and pressed onto a desired printing material, and the thermal stencil paper 13 is uniformly pressed onto the printing material using the sponge 11 for printing. It is also known to do this (Utility Model Application No. 54-154005), but the work efficiency is poor because the plate-made heat-sensitive aperture base paper 13 must be attached to a separate pressing body 10, and a pressing body is prepared separately from the lamp house. The drawback was that it was expensive because it had to be used.

(Purpose) This invention allows printing to be performed without removing the heat-sensitive stencil paper after plate making, once the heat-sensitive stencil paper is set.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an inexpensive thermal stencil plate making/printing device which can freely print on any desired printing material such as a stamp, and which allows the lamp house to also be used as a pressing body and which is easy to operate.

(Effects) In this invention, one end of the sponge plate, in which a sponge thicker than the hollow frame is fitted and fixed in the hollow frame, and one end of the base paper plate, which has a receiving frame portion into which a heat-sensitive stencil sheet can be fitted, can be freely rotated by a connector. At both ends of the lower surface of the lamp house, which has a transparent pressing plate on the lower surface and a light source inside, an engaging member is provided that can removably fit and fix both ends of the sponge plate. Attach a plate hook so that it can be semi-fixed by fitting it into a cut groove at one end of the sponge plate, forming a hole in the lower surface of the lamp house into which the plate hook can fit and protrude, and attaching the base paper plate to the upper or lower surface of the sponge of the sponge plate. Since it is designed so that it can come into contact with the base paper plate, plate making can be done by fitting and setting the heat-sensitive stencil paper in the base paper plate receiving frame and pressing the lamp house from above.Inking can be done as is by removing the lamp house, and when printing. The base paper plate is rotated downward, the base paper plate is semi-fixed to the sponge plate by the plate hook attached to the free end of the base paper plate, and the sponge plate is then snapped into the bottom surface of the lamp house to make it one piece. When pressed, the plate hook protrudes upward from the hole on the bottom of the lamp house, compressing the sponge, and allowing printing on any substrate like a stamp. In addition, the lamp house can be used as a pressing body without having to prepare a separate pressing body as in the past, so the plate-making and printing operations are easy to use and can be manufactured at low cost.
