た。(Prior Art) Conventionally, a plate-making printing apparatus as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is known from Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 15814/1983. That is,
A sponge 2 is placed on a base 1, one end of an opening/closing plate 4 carrying a lamp house 3 is pivotally attached to one end of the base 1, and a transparent pressing plate 5 is attached to the opening of the lamp house 3. At the same time, by providing a base paper fixing frame 6 below the transparent pressing plate 5, the heat-sensitive stencil paper 8 is attached to the base paper fixing frame 6, and the original 7 is placed on the sponge 2, and the tip of the opening/closing plate 4 is pressed. The transparent pressing plate 5 on the bottom of the lamp house 3 presses the heat-sensitive stencil paper 8 onto the sponge 2 of the base 1, lights up the interior of the lamp house 3, heats it, and prints the letters and symbols of the manuscript 7 on the stencil sheet of the base paper 8. A similar perforation is obtained, and the heat-sensitive stencil paper 8 is made into a plate (plate making process). Next, the opening/closing plate 4 is opened and the plate is made (plate making process). Next, the opening/closing plate 4 is opened and the plate is made (plate making process). Next, the opening/closing plate 4 is opened, the stencil-made thermal stencil paper 8 is removed from the stencil fixing frame 6, ink is applied to the stencil paper 8, and then the thermal stencil paper 8 is attached to the stencil fixing frame 6 again (inking step). Then, a printing material 9 is placed on the sponge 2 instead of the original 7, and the opening/closing plate 4 is placed on the sponge 2.
Heat-sensitive stencil paper 8 inked by pressing the tip
is pressed onto the printing material 9 (printing process), but in order to perform the inking process, the heat-sensitive stencil paper must be taken out each time, making the transition from the plate-making process to the printing process smooth. Furthermore, since the printing material 9 must be placed on the sponge 2 fixed to the base, it is not possible to freely print on any desired printing material like a stamp. Ta.

け高価になるという欠点があつた。 Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a pressing body 10 is provided separately from the plate-making device, a sponge 11 is attached to the lower surface of the pressing body 10, and support frames 1 are attached on both sides of the sponge 11.
2 and 12 are fixed, both sides of the inked thermal stencil paper 13 are inserted, placed and pressed onto a desired printing material, and the thermal stencil paper 13 is uniformly pressed onto the printing material using the sponge 11 for printing. It is also known to do this (Utility Model Application No. 54-154005), but the work efficiency is poor because the plate-made heat-sensitive stencil paper 13 must be attached to another presser 10, and a presser is prepared separately from the lamp house. The disadvantage was that it was expensive because it had to be used.

提供せんとするにある。(Purpose) With this invention, once the thermal stencil paper is set, printing can be performed without removing the thermal stencil paper after plate making, and it can be freely printed on any substrate like a stamp, and the lamp house can also be used as a pressing body. Another object of the present invention is to provide a plate-making and printing apparatus for heat-sensitive stencil paper at a low cost, which can be pressed with a predetermined pressure during plate-making and printing, and is easy to operate.

Next, both sides of the sponge plate 32 are fixed by snap-fitting into the snap-fitting grooves 26 of the engaging members 27 on both sides of the lower surface of the lamp house 20. When the sponge 34 is pressed against the postcard 51 aligned as shown in FIG. 3, the sponge 34 is compressed by the transparent pressing plate 25, and is uniformly compressed until the protrusion 38 comes into contact with the lower surface of the sponge plate 32, and printing is performed. The printing pressure at this time can be set to about 5 to 15 kg by the protrusion 38, which is lower than that during plate making.

がよく、安価に製作できる。(Effects) In the present invention, a sponge that is thicker than the hollow frame is placed inside the hollow frame, and a holding member that holds one side of the outer circumferential frame of the thermal stencil paper can be rotatably brought into contact with the top and bottom surfaces of the sponge on one side of the hollow frame. A heat-sensitive stencil plate making/printing device comprising a base paper cassette attached as shown in FIG. Projections with a height lower than the projection height of the sponge are formed on both sides, and holes are formed on both sides of the lower surface of the lamp house into which the projections can fit and project, so that the heat-sensitive stencil sheet can be fitted into the base paper plate receiving frame. Plate making can be done by setting the lamp house and pressing the lamp house from above, and inking can be done by removing the lamp house. During printing, the base paper plate is rotated downward and the sponge plate is snapped onto the bottom surface of the lamp house. It can be freely printed on any substrate like a stamp, it can be pressed with a predetermined pressure during plate making and printing, and it can be used as a lamp house without having to prepare a separate pressing body as in the past. Since it can be used as a pressing body as it is, it has good operability in plate making and printing and can be manufactured at low cost.
