Claims (1)
- 電極板を兼ねる二枚の板ばねを間隙を置いて対
向して、夫々の外面に電歪素子を貼着することに
より駆動体を構成し、該駆動体を、搬送台と基台
の間に、夫々の上下端を各台に連結して、傾斜状
に差渡し、さらに両電歪素子の伸張及び収縮タイ
ミングが逆となる電圧印加手段を備えたことを特
徴とするパーツフイーダ。
