【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は直流形コンバインにおける脱穀装置に
関し、一つの扱胴で脱粒作用の異なる二段階の脱
穀処理を行うようにしたものである。

れ、また該選別部の底部には選別された穀粒をグ
レンタンク17に搬出する一番スクリユーコンベ
ア18、再処理が必要な二番物を上記扱室8又は
別途設けられた処理室(図示せず)に還元する二
番スクリユーコンベア19が配備されている。然
して上記扱胴9は第2,3図に示すように中間部
が小径の一次脱穀部9a、その両側部が大径の二
次脱穀部9a,9bとされていると共に、これに
伴つて該扱胴下面に沿つて張設された受網10
も、扱胴周面とのクリアランスを一定とするため
中央部が一段高くされた一次脱穀部10a、その
両側部が低くされた二次脱穀部10b,10bと
されている。また該扱胴が軸装された扱室8の内
部においては、前部中央の入口8aに対応する後
部中央が案内部材8cにより閉鎖され、扱胴の中
央部下方を通過した穀稈を該部材内面に沿つて上
方に回行させるようになされていると共に、該室
の内部上面には後部中央において上方に回行せし
められた穀稈を両側方に拡散させながら前方に誘
導する複数の拡散用案内部材8d…8dが左右対
称的に設けられている。ここで上記案内部材8c
により扱室の後部中央が閉鎖されていることに伴
つて該室の出口8b,8bは後部両側方に二箇所
設けられ、且つその夫々に上記ビータ11,11
が具備されている。

扱残しを防止することが可能となつて常に良好な
脱穀処理を行うことができるようになるのであ
り、特に本考案によれば扱胴を二個装備する場合
のような機体の大型化、構造の複雑化、コストの
上昇等の弊害を来たさない利点がある。
