  1. Ｘ線管装置の放射口と相対させて照射台を設け
    、この照射台に被射体を乗せてＸ線を照射する装
    置において、固定されたＸ線管装置に対して照射
    台を楕円軌道で移動させる機構を設け、照射台の
    全面にＸ線量をほぼ均一に照射することを特徴と
    するＸ線均一照射装置。
