ある。従来のVTRに於ては上記ピンチローラー
圧着機構以降についてはレバー式切換スイツチ、
電磁石、その他カム・リンク等の組合わせで構成
されており、操作スイツチに力が必要であつた
り、消費電力が多い。重量が重い等の欠点があつ
た。

先ずVTRの概要を第1図について説明する。

基板3上には別々に一対をなす入口側及び出口側
テープガイド4,5と音声信号及び回転制御信号
の記録再生を行なう固定磁気ヘツド6と磁気テー
プ14を走行させるキヤプスタン7及びそのピン
チローラー8と走行する磁気テープ14の張力を
一定に保つテンシヨン9と連動するバンドブレー
キ10が配置されている。又、磁気テープ14を
巻回する一組の供給及び巻取リール11,12を
内部に保持したテープカセツト13はその側縁部
に形成した切欠部15,16,17にそれぞれ入
口側テープガイド4、テンシヨンピンの出口側テ
ープガイド5、キヤプスタン7を受入れるように
して基板3上に着脱可能に位置決め設置された磁
気テープ14は内部のガイドピン18,19を経
てこれら各切欠部15,16,17を通るように
なつている。供給及び巻取リール11,12の直
下に配設され、それぞれのリール11,12と回
転を共にするリールデイスク20,21には振動
等によりそれぞれのリール20,21が回転し、
テープカセツト側縁部の磁気テープ14がたるま
ないよう非磁気記録再生時はリールブレーキ2
