Claims (1)
- 陽極筒体と、該陽極筒体の内壁に放射状に配さ
れた複数のベインと、上記陽極筒体の軸中心に、
上記ベインの各々の先端に近接して立設された陰
極構体と、上記ベインの１つに一端が接続され、
他端が上記陽極筒体から外部へ突出して延在する
アンテナ導体とを備えたマグネトロンにおいて、
上記アンテナ導体には、その延在方向と交差する
ように溝が形成されていることを特徴とするマグ
ネトロン。
