- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 陽極円筒の内側に複数のベインが配設され、更
に上記陽極円筒の両端に夫々磁極が固着され、こ
の磁極の一方に封着体を介して出力部が突設され
てなるマグネトロンにおいて、 上記封着体の内側に、半径方向に延びる少なく
とも１個の高調波チヨーク用のひだが設けられて
なることを特徴とするマグネトロン。
