特公昭49−14588号公報に示すように自動車を収
容するケージにおける自動車扉の半開き事故防止
装置が提案されている。これは自動車を収容する
ケージの両側に、自動車扉の近傍に位置させるこ
とが可能なバー(またはロープ)を設け、自動車
をケージ内に入庫した時は、手動でもつて前記バ
ー(またはロープ)を引き上げて自動車扉の近傍
に位置させ、自動車扉の開放を防止して事故を未
然に防ぎ、自動車をケージ内から出庫する時は、
手動で前記バー(またはロープ)を降ろして解放

あるモータ10の駆動軸と接続しており、モータ
10の駆動により駆動ホイール5が回転し、連結
部材7を介して従動ホイール6も回転するように
なつている。また、パレツト2前部の両側面に
は、防止金具3,3′をそれぞれピン4により回
転自在に軸支し、これら防止金具3,3′の他端
には、第1図中A部を拡大した第3図に示すよう
に溝13を設け、この溝13に連結棒8を挿入し
て両防止金具3,3′を連結している。連結棒8
は前記連結部材7に固着しており、連結部材7の
上下移動により溝13内に沿つて動きながら上下
移動する。すなわち、連結部材7の上下移動によ
り連結棒8が溝13内を動き、防止金具3,3′
がピン4を中心に上下に回動するようになつてい
る。この両防止金具3,3′にそれぞれ溝13を
設けたが、防止金具3,3′をピン4により軸支
したパレツト2前部の両側部に溝13を設けて防
止金具3,3′がこの溝13内を滑動転動自在に
移動できるようにして行つてもよい。この場合、
防止金具3,3′の他端は連結部材7に回転自在
に取付ける。また、前記モーータ10はブレーキ
付モータで駆動ホイール5の回転を止めて保持す
ることができ、連結部材7と固着する連結棒8が
防止金具3,3′に設けた溝13内を右端まで移
動した位置で回転を止めて防止金具3,3′を車
両1の両側部近傍に保持するようになつている。

金具3,3′を車両1の両側部近傍に保持する。
さらに、連動リレーによりパレツト2が横行車輪
11によつて横行方向あるいは昇降駆動装置(図
示せず)によつて昇降方向へ移動して所定位置へ
の入庫を完了する。このようにして、車両1はモ
ータ10の駆動により防止金具3,3′が車両1
の両側に位置したまま所定位置へ入庫するのであ
るが、パレツト2上に車両1を駐車した時に運転
手が半ドアであるのに気づかず、操作盤を操作し
てパレツト2を移動させると、パレツト2移動時
の振動等によつて車両ドアが突然に開いても防止
金具3,3′と当接してそれ以上は開かない。す
なわち、車両ドアは防止金具3,3′により大き
く開くことを押さえられてパレツト2の幅よりは
み出さず、他の車に当つたり、機械に接触したり
することがなく、その状態のままでパレツト2は
移動しつづけ、所定位置への入庫を完了すること
ができる。次にこの入庫した車両1を出庫させた
い場合には、操作盤に設けた復帰ボタンスイツチ
(図示せず)を操作することにより、パレツト2
が横行車輪11によつて横行方向あるいは昇降駆
動装置(図示せず)によつて昇降方向に移動して
元の位置に戻つてくる。その後、モータ10が逆
回転して駆動ホイール5は逆回転し、この回転に
より連結部材7を介して連結棒8は下方向へ移動
する。したがつて、連結棒8が溝13内を図中左
方向に移動しながら、防止金具3,3′はピン4
を中心に回転してパレツト2の両側部位置まで下
降し、車両1の両側は解放されて運転手が乗車す
ることができ、車両1はパレツト2上より出庫す
ることができる。また、前述したようにモータ1
0の駆動により連結部材7に固着した連結棒8を
上方向へ移動させて防止金具3,3′を車両1の
両側部近傍に保持し、この防止金具3,3′によ
