DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Conventionally, as a positioning device for a floor surface of a trolley for transporting goods used in warehouse facilities, assembly lines, etc. As schematically illustrated in FIG. 1, one of a pair of positioning members 1 and 2 having a converging surface is provided on a truck body 3 and a floor 4, and the former is provided with a cylinder 5 for raising and lowering the positioning member 1. A system is known in which the carriage is accurately positioned in millimeter units based on the sliding contact alignment guide action (convergence action) of both members 1 and 2 as the cylinder 5 expands. Reference numeral 6 denotes a loading table provided on the truck body 3 via an elevating cylinder 7, and 8 denotes running wheels.

In principle, this type of positioning device extends the cylinder until the running wheels rise above the floor surface, and the total weight of the truck including the truck body and loading table (the load is applied when loading) is applied to the cylinder. This has led to the following disadvantages.

The characteristic configuration of the trolley positioning device according to the present invention is that one of a pair of members that controls positioning with respect to the floor by fitting and convergence as they approach in the vertical direction is provided on the floor, and the other is placed horizontally with respect to the trolley main body. Positioning for positioning the loading table by attaching it to a movable loading table in a state where its horizontal movement is not obstructed and in a state where it is raised and lowered by a drive elevator, and positioning the loading table at a predetermined position in the horizontal direction with respect to the trolley body. The mechanism is provided in such a way that it can be positioned and released, and its functions and effects are as follows.

That is, when the member controlling the positioning of the truck body is lowered by the driving elevator, the loading table is accurately positioned with respect to the floor. Incidentally, when horizontally moving the loading table, it goes without saying that the positioning mechanism is released from positioning.

In short, the original purpose of positioning is to determine the position, direction, posture, etc. of a loaded load in a predetermined manner, and to accurately perform various automatic and semi-automatic operations and actions on the loaded load. Focusing on the fact that it is only necessary to accurately position the loading table, we have developed a system to position the loading table, and to restrict the movement of the loading table when the cart is traveling. , the loading table is positioned on the trolley body.

In FIGS. 2 and 3, 10 and 11 are a pair of positioning members, one of which is provided on the floor 12 and the other on the loading table 14 via a drive elevator 13. The pair of positioning members 10 and 11 are provided at two locations in the front and back direction of the truck A. The load table 14 is provided so as to be able to float relative to the truck body 15 and to be movable in the horizontal direction. That is,
Reference numeral 16 denotes a table lower frame mounted on the trolley body 15 so as to be movable in the horizontal direction, and is connected to the loading table 14 via a drive elevator 17. Reference numeral 18 indicates a guide rod of the loading table 14, and reference numeral 19 indicates a guide cylinder of the table lower frame 16, which are fitted together so as to be able to move vertically relative to each other. Due to this fitting, the loading table 14
and the table lower frame 16 are integral in the front-back and left-right directions. These 18 and 19 are located at two locations in the front and back direction of the truck A.

0 and 21 are the same as the previous positioning members 10 and 11,
It has a fitting convergence surface that controls positioning in two-dimensional directions, such as a cone, pyramid, sphere, or hemisphere, in the front-rear direction and the width direction. Reference numeral 22 denotes a drive elevator for the positioning member 20, which together with the pair of positioning members 20 and 21 constitutes a positioning mechanism B that positions the loading table 14 at a predetermined position in the horizontal direction with respect to the truck body 15.

A driving elevator 13 is provided at the lower end of the guide tube 19. The main body 15 of the truck has a penetration part that penetrates in the vertical direction, and includes a guide tube 19 and an elevator 13.
is disposed in the penetrating portion of the truck body 15 in a state where there is some degree of relative movement flexibility in the front, rear, left and right directions. The elevator drive 17 fits into a recess in the truck body 15, and there is similar flexibility in the fit.

Reference numeral 23 denotes running wheels, and at least one pair of left and right wheels are driving running wheels, and at least one pair of left and right wheels are driving steering wheels. That is, trolley A
The method is to capture the electromagnetic waves emitted from the towpath wire installed on the floor 12 with a pair of pick-up coils on the left and right sides of the lower surface of the trolley, or to irradiate the light beam from the trolley's projector and receive the reflected light from the trolley's light beam toward the aluminum tape installed on the floor 12. It travels while being guided along a towpath wire or aluminum tape based on the information captured by the device. The driving elevators 13, 17, and 22 are hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders, and the truck body 15 is equipped with a pump or a compressor that is a driving source thereof. The power source is a battery mounted on the main body 15.

Next, the positioning member 11 is lowered by the elevator 13, and is fitted into the positioning member 10 on the floor 12. Both members 1 have a convergence effect when
Match the center points of 0 and 11. See Figure 3. At this time, if the loading table 14 is slightly lifted relative to the floor 12, its positioning becomes accurate.
During this convergence action, the loading table 14 and the like move slightly back and forth and left and right, but since there is flexibility between the loading table 14 and the truck body 15, the truck body 15 does not move or moves only slightly.

In addition, the trolley body 15 is mounted on the floor 12 by its wheels 23.
Since the trolley body 15 is supported by the table 14, etc., even if it moves back and forth, right and left, both move freely relative to each other in the vertical direction, and the weight of the trolley body 15 is not applied to the elevator 14.
