て再生させることができるは勿論であるが、特に
本考案は叙上のようにブロツク本体を積層被覆し
た合成樹脂フイルムの各層の内側に同層の引き裂
き用の紐を装着したので、ブロツクを海中に沈め
たままダイビング等によつて水中に潜り、この紐
を引張るという簡単な作業によつてその表層のフ
イルムの除去を容易且つ確実に為すことができる
などの効果を有するものである。
