るいが、比較的低温の場合には視野が暗く、この
ため試料を仔細に観察することができない不都合
が存した。

させて透孔7を形成し、該透孔7に熱反応炉の軸
方向に配設する導光ロツド8を嵌合固着したこと
を特徴とする。
