Claims (1)
した試料３を観察できるようにした加熱炉において、ラ
ンプホルダ４に係着されるランプカバ５にランプ６に対
向させて透孔７を形成し、該透孔７に熱反応炉の軸方向
に配設する導光ロッド８を嵌合固着したことを特徴とす
