器本体に導く光７アイバからなるライトガイドが前記セ
ンサヘッド側から金属管で被覆されている熱塊センサ用
ケーブルにおいて、前記ラインガイドの金属管で被覆さ
れている部分と被覆されていない部分との間に中間コネ
