Deburring and polishing the cut end of the pipe material (hereinafter referred to as
"Chamfering") is performed by rotating the brush 1 on the rotary drive shaft 2 as shown in FIG.
This is done by moving the brush in a direction across the brush surface by crossing it to a depth d of about 6 mm.

This has the role of preventing the brush wire from bending and collapsing when the tip of the tube material W moves across the brush surface, and enhances the chamfering effect of the brush.

As the chamfering work is repeated, the wire tip of the wire brush part 4 wears out and the protrusion height l from the cylinders 6 and 7 gradually decreases, so the chamfering work is performed further with the shortened brush. The cylinder body 6,
It is necessary to shorten the length of 7 and increase the height of the protrusion from the cylindrical body.

The base outer cylinder 61 is fixed to the base 3 by welding or the like, and the auxiliary outer cylinder 62 is attached to this and removably attached to the base 3 with screws 8. Similarly, for the inner cylinder 7, The structure is such that a short base inner cylinder 71 is fixed to the base 3, and a long auxiliary inner cylinder 72 is attached to this and removably attached to the base 3 with screws 8 or the like. That is, the short base cylinders 61 and 71 surround and fix the root part of the wire brush part 4, and the long auxiliary cylinders 62,
72 (the auxiliary inner cylinder 72 may be omitted), and the auxiliary cylinders 62, 72 are removed when the wire is worn down to a predetermined length. Several types of auxiliary cylinders 62 and 72 with different height dimensions are prepared.
As the wire wear progresses, chamfering may be performed by replacing the wire with one of shorter height.

なくなるという問題がある。 However, the work of attaching and removing the auxiliary cylinders 62 and 72, which are attached to the base plate 3 with screws 8 and the like, is time-consuming and troublesome work. As the frequency of pipe chamfering work increases, the auxiliary cylinders 62, 72
This requires frequent removal and replacement work, which reduces work efficiency. As a countermeasure, the auxiliary cylindrical bodies 62, 72 are fixed to the base 3 or the base cylindrical bodies 61, 71 with screws or the like so that they can slide in the height direction, and as the wire brush wear progresses, the auxiliary cylindrical bodies 62, 72 Although it is conceivable to shift the fixing position to the rear, in this case as well, time-consuming screw preparation must be performed each time to fix it in a predetermined position. Moreover, when the wire brush operates, it usually generates considerable vibration and shock.
If the screws fixing the auxiliary cylindrical bodies 62, 72 become loose due to impact, the fixed positions of the auxiliary cylindrical bodies 62, 72 are likely to shift during the chamfering process due to their sliding structure, and Therefore, the wire brush holding and fixing function of the auxiliary cylinder becomes incomplete, and there is a problem that safe and smooth chamfering work cannot be performed.

The pipe material deburring polishing brush of the present invention comes into contact with the lower portions of the outer circumferential surface and the inner circumferential surface of the wire brush part 4, which consists of five groups of wire elements densely planted in multiple concentric layers on the plate surface of the annular base plate 3. A short outer base cylinder 9 and an inner base cylinder 10 are fixed to the base 3, and a ring-shaped band 11 is attached to the base outer cylinder 9 and is removed as the wire protrusion height decreases due to wear of the wire brush part. It is characterized in that it is located at the front part and is fastened so as to surround the middle part of the outer peripheral surface of the wire brush part 4 in the height direction.

The base inner cylinder 10 corresponds to the base outer cylinder 61 and the base inner cylinder 71 in the conventional brush shown in FIG. The base of the wire brush portion 4 is pressed and held from its outer peripheral surface side and inner peripheral surface side.

Chamfering work on the pipe material is started with the ring-shaped band 11 tightened, and when the wire brush reaches a certain length due to wear, the ring-shaped band 11 is removed and another ring with a smaller band width is used. The chamfering operation is continued with the ring-shaped band replaced with a ring-shaped band, or with the ring-shaped band removed.

With a tightening force applied, both end portions of the band are overlapped and connected using a locking tool S such as a sealer, thereby being fastened to the outer circumferential surface of the wire brush portion 4.

The height of the wire brush part 4 (dimension H from the board surface of the base 3 to the tip of the brush), the height of the base cylinders 9 and 10 (dimension H 1 from the board surface of the base 3 to the tip edge of the base cylinder), It is determined according to the difference (H - H 1 ).
For example, when the height H of the wire brush part 4 is 60 mm, the height H 1 of the base cylinders 9 and 10 is set to 1/3 of the height H of the wire brush part 4 (60 mm x 1/3 = 20 ), the height H 2 to the tip of the ring-shaped band 11 can be set to 2/3 of H (60 mm x 2/3 = 40 mm). In this case, if the crossing depth d of the tip of the tube W with respect to the brush section is 5 mm, and the necessary separation distance to avoid interference between the tip of the tube and the upper edge of the cylinders 9 and 10 is 1 mm, then the final The chamfering work can be performed until the height H of the wire brush portion 4 becomes 26 mm (H 1 +5 + 1 mm) from the original 60 mm.

The width dimension of the intermediate inner cylinder 12 is the width of the ring-shaped band 1.
It can be determined in the same way as the bandwidth of 1. The stability of the middle part of the wire brush part 4 is improved by holding it from both the inside and outside sides by the ring-shaped band 11 and the middle inner cylinder 12. Since this intermediate inner cylinder 12 is simply fitted onto the inner circumferential surface of the brush section 4, it can be easily removed from the brush section 4 by simply pulling it out.

K 2 , K 3 . . .) are long wire brush elements having a length corresponding to the circumference of the brush elements 5, instead of installing a large number of brush elements 5 in the circumferential direction in each layer as shown in the figure. Each layer may be formed. Further, although the material and wire diameter of the wire of the wire brush part 4 are not particularly limited, the wire brush part 4 has a plurality of layer sequences (K 1 , K 2 , K 2 ,
K 3 ...) is divided into two layers, an outer layer and an inner layer, and the inner layer (e.g. K 4 , K 5 ) is made of high hardness wire, e.g. wire diameter 0.3 to 0.5.
Piano wire of about mm (SWPA, SWPB, SWPC, etc.)
Or hard steel wire (SWA, SWB, SWC, etc.),
The outer layer (K 1 , K 2 , K 3 ) is made of low hardness wire, e.g.
Stainless steel wire (SUS304, about 0.25~0.5mm)
(SUS361, SUS430, etc.) may also be used. In this case, the tip of the tube that crosses the wire brush surface is a low hardness wire (stainless steel wire) - a high hardness wire (piano wire).
- Since the low hardness wire (stainless steel wire) comes into contact with the wire tip, the end surface of the tube material is efficiently deburred and ground by contact with the hard piano wire, and the roughened ground surface is The result is then polished by contact with stainless steel wire.
Both deburring and polishing effects are enhanced.

In the present invention, the middle part of the wire brush part 4 is held by a ring-shaped band 11 that is fastened to the outer peripheral surface of the wire brush part 4, or by an intermediate inner cylinder 12 that is fitted to the ring-shaped band 11 and the inner peripheral surface. Therefore, the attachment/detachment operation is extremely simple and does not require the laborious operations required in the conventional method, so that the pipe material can be chamfered efficiently.
