回転打撃部の他の例を示す略図、第４図は高炉溶
銑樋に本考案装置を適用した例を示す全体図であ
り、図中：１：取鍋鉄皮、２：付着スラグ層、３
：内張り耐火物、４：回転昇降ユニツト、５：連
結棒、６：伸縮用シリンダー、７：支持金物、８
：回転円筒、９：ハンマー、１０：ピンジヨイン
ト結合、１１：エアーモーター、１２：軸受、１
３：圧縮空気供給用ホース、１４：ピストンロツ
ド、１５：チエーン、１６：駆動装置。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 駆動機構に支持された伸縮用シリンダー６の
ピストンロツド１４先端に取付けられた、回転原
動機構を具備する支持金物７に多数の回転打撃部
材を枢着してなることを特徴とするスラグ除去装
置。 ２ 前記回転打撃部材がハンマー状である実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のスラグ除去装置。 ３ 前記回転打撃部材ハンマー部材質が硬質合金
、アルミナ、ジルコニア、炭化珪素、窒化珪素の
何れかである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
のスラグ除去装置。
