A thermoplastic resin plate constituting an interior molded product using a mold with a falling edge and a side mold with a cutting blade at the tip and movable in the horizontal direction toward the side of the lower mold. The base material and a skin material made of a thermoplastic resin material with a cushioning material attached to the back surface are heated and stacked and set on the lower lid, and the mold is clamped to combine the base material and the skin material. A skin material is molded and the two are thermally bonded, and the end portions of the base material and skin material are bent at the falling edge of the upper mold and lowered along the side surface of the movable mold. The upper part in contact with the movable mold is cooled and shaped by the cooling means, the lower part is heated by the heating means, and then the movable mold is retracted downward and the side mold is moved toward the lower mold. A method for manufacturing an interior molded product, characterized in that the cutting blade presses the lower part of the terminal part to bend it and cut it.
