本考案は空気調和機の室内ユニツトと室外ユニ
ツトとを結合する冷媒配管を建築物の壁内に収容
する場合に使用する冷媒配管の収納装置に関する
ものである。既設の住宅においては一般に壁に穴
をあけて冷媒配管を通しているが、新築住宅の場
合は建物の建設中に冷媒配管および排水管を壁中
に埋込むことが行なわれる。ところでこの冷媒配
管および排水管の埋込作業は建築作業とタイミン
グを合せる必要があるため、配管工事は時期的な
制約を受け、建築工事は配管工事が終了するまで
工事進行が停止する不便がある。また建築工事終
了後に配管工事の不備を発見、あるいは点検の必
要が生じた場合は建築物をこわして修理点検しな
ければならない。本考案は上記のような不便、不
都合のない冷媒配管および排水管の収納装置を提

物の一部をこわす必要はない。(3)冷媒配管6およ
び排水管7は配管ダクト8に収納されているので
安全に保護される。また、冷媒配管の表面に発生
する結露水あるいは排水管に水もれが生じた場合
に、これらが柱や壁にしみ込んで腐食をおこすよ
うなことがない。
