[Detailed description of the invention] [Technical field] The present invention relates to a ridge door, more specifically, a ridge door, which is arranged to span both sides of the ridge, and is formed between the top surface of a corrugated roof tile and the lower edge of the ridge tile. This relates to a ridge-front door that covers the gap.

Generally, in a tiled roof, in order to prevent rainwater from entering through the gap formed between the corrugated roof tiles and the ridge tile, the gap is covered with mendo tiles or filled with mortar. However, in order to cover the corrugated gap between the roof tile and the ridge tile with either method, it is necessary to arrange mendo tiles or fill with mortar to match the waveform, and each gap must be covered with mortar. The construction is time-consuming because it requires construction. In addition, when using mendo tiles, it takes time and effort to position them, so the position of the mendo tiles is likely to shift relative to the gap, which may result in insufficient waterproofing, and mortar is also difficult to install. Therefore, it is difficult to obtain complete waterproofness. On the other hand, as shown in FIG.
There is something that covers the gap 3 formed between the
Since the mento door members 4 are arranged separately on both sides of the ridge, construction is time-consuming, and the mento door members 4
There is a problem in that it is difficult to determine the mounting position when fixing to the roof.

The present invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned problems, and its main purpose is to use one ridge door to cover the gaps on both sides of the ridge at the same time. The purpose is to save the labor of construction, and the other purpose is to make it easy to position it in relation to the door and completely close the gap.
The purpose is to improve waterproofness, and another purpose is to make it possible to easily determine the fixed position by simply placing it on the ridge.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. The ridge side door according to the present invention is a side door that is arranged to straddle both sides of the ridge and closes the gap 3 formed between the upper surface of the corrugated roof tile 1 and the lower edge of the ridge tile 2. are placed on roof tile 1 on both sides, and the lower edge is placed on roof tile 1.
It has a pair of side door members 4 that are formed in a shape that matches the waveform shape of and closes the gap 3, and each side door member 4
Upper covers 5 are provided on the upper edges of the ridges so as to extend toward the top of the ridges, and both upper covers are connected by a connecting cover 6 arranged to straddle both upper covers 5 at the top of the ridges. 5 are slidably connected along the longitudinal direction of the ridge.

The door member 4 is placed on the corrugated roof tiles 1 on both sides of the ridge, as shown in FIG.
Made of elastic material such as synthetic resin foam,
As shown in FIG. 3, the lower edge thereof has a waveform along the longitudinal direction of the door member 4 so as to match the waveform shape of the roof tile 1 to be constructed. Mento member 4
An upper cover 5 is fixed to the upper edge of the ridge so as to extend toward the top of the ridge. The upper cover 5 is formed of a metal plate or a hard synthetic resin plate, and is fixed to the side door member 4 at one end in the width direction using an adhesive or by welding. Hook pieces 11 are formed at the other ends of both upper covers 5 in the width direction, with the respective ends folded back toward the upper surface side. The hook pieces 11 of both upper covers 5 are arranged close to each other near the top of the ridge, and both upper covers 5 are connected by a connecting cover 6 disposed astride both hook pieces 11. A pair of rail grooves 12 are formed in the connecting cover 6 by folding both ends in the width direction toward the lower surface side.
As shown in the figure, by inserting the hook piece 11 into the rail groove 12, both upper covers 5 are connected so as to be slidable relative to each other along the longitudinal direction of the ridge. A plurality of openings 13 are formed in the upper cover 5, and these openings 13 serve as insertion holes for nails 14, which will be described later, and also function as ventilation holes.

When placing this on the roof, fix the ridge supports 16 with nails 17 on the roof boards 15 on both sides of the ridge, and place them on the roof tiles 1 on both sides of the ridge so as to cover the ridge supports 16. Each side door member 4 is placed at a position where its lower edge matches the shape of the roof tile 1. At this time, since the side door members 4 are able to slide relative to each other along the longitudinal direction of the ridge, even if the roof tiles 1 are arranged at mutually shifted positions on both sides of the ridge, each side door member 4 can be moved independently. It can be adjusted to the appropriate position. Since each side door member 4 is connected by a connecting cover 6 via an upper cover 5,
Each side door member 4 only needs to be positioned in the longitudinal direction of the ridge. On this ridge door,
Furthermore, the ridge tile 2 is covered. In this manner, the gap 3 formed between the ridge tile 2 and the roof tile 1 is covered by the side door member 4. The ridge tile 2 is fixed with nails 14, and the nails 14 are inserted into the ridge supports 16 through the openings 13 of the upper cover 5. In addition, the air passing between the mountain part of the roof tile 1 and the roof board 15 enters the space between the ridge tile 2 and the upper cover 5 through this opening 13, and the air passes between the ridge tile 2 and the side door member 4. It exits from the valley part of the roof tile 1 to the outdoors through the flow path 18 between them. In this way, the lower surface of the roof tile 1 is ventilated. Therefore, even if there is some snow on the roof tile 1, the back side of the roof tile 1 can be ventilated.

As described above, in the present invention, the upper covers facing the tops of the ridges provided on the pair of mento members are connected by the connecting cover, so that the mento members on both sides of the ridges are connected to each other. This means that the mento tiles can be placed on both sides of the ridge at the same time, and as a result, the construction effort is saved compared to conventional mento tiles that cover gaps on both sides of the ridge separately. has advantages. In addition, the pair of upper covers that are paired with the double-sided door members can be slid along the longitudinal direction of the ridge by a connecting cover that is disposed at the top of the ridge so as to straddle both upper covers. Because they are connected, each side door member on both sides of the ridge can be moved independently in the longitudinal direction of the ridge, and as a result, the position of the door member on the side door formed between the roof tile and the ridge tile can be accurately positioned. It has the advantage of completely covering the gap between the roof tile and the ridge tile and achieving high waterproofness. Furthermore, since the mento members are connected so that they can slide freely only in the longitudinal direction of the ridge, they can be placed so that they straddle the ridge, and the mento members can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the ridge to match the shape of the roof. It has the advantage that the fixing position can be easily determined by simply moving along the direction.
