In general, the main building materials for prefabricated houses are made into panels, the largest of which can reach 3600 x 2700 (unit: mm), and the panels that can be transported by truck are limited to those with a maximum side length of 2500 mm. However, in order to transport such large panels, a rectangular shape consisting of a lower base frame, vertical columns provided at both ends of the lower base frame, and an upper frame connecting the upper ends of the columns is required. Both ends of the lower base frame of each of the pair of holding frames are connected and fixed at a certain interval by a pair of connecting members, and a large number of panels are erected and stacked in parallel at the above-mentioned interval between the pair of holding frames. In the pallet shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a pallet without a support member 7 is used.

In the above pallet for transporting panels, when a part of the panel placed between the holding frames is pulled out when using the panel after transport, the center of gravity of the entire panel may shift to the side. There is a danger that the pallet itself will fall over, and depending on the weight of the large panel, an unexpected disaster may occur.

The present invention provides a lower base frame for each of a pair of rectangular holding frames, each consisting of a lower base frame, columns provided vertically at both ends of the lower base frame, and an upper frame connecting the upper ends of the columns. In the pallet, both ends of which are connected and fixed by a pair of connecting members at a constant interval, and a large number of panels are stood up and placed in parallel at the interval between the pair of holding frames. A telescopic support member is disposed at the center of the outside of at least one of the frames, the upper end of which is pivoted to the upper frame of the holding frame, and the lower end of which is removably connected to the lower base frame of the holding frame. The above object has been achieved by providing a pallet for transporting panels characterized by the following.

うにしてある。 FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of the pallet of the present invention together with its usage mode, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the pallet in a state in which the supporting member is used to prevent the pallet from falling sideways. 1 and 1 are rectangular bodies each consisting of a lower base frame 2, columns 3, 3 provided vertically at both ends of the lower base frame 2, and an upper frame 4 connecting the upper ends of the columns 3, 3. A pair of holding frames shaped like a pair of connecting members 5 (one not shown)
The holding frames 1, 1 are connected and fixed via the mounting bracket 6, and the holding frames 1, 1 stand upright facing each other with a constant interval d. Reference numeral 7 denotes a ladder-like extendable support member, and a pair of support frames constituting the support member 7 are made of square pipes 9, each of which has a swinging rod 10 whose upper end is pivoted 8 inserted into the upper frame 4, and a screw By screwing and tightening the member 11, the supporting frame 9 and the swinging rod 10 are fixed. Reference numeral 12 denotes a horizontal bar horizontally suspended between the pair of support frames 9, which also provides the support member 7 with the function of a ladder. Reference numeral 13 denotes a locking tool for locking the lower end of the support member 7, which prevents the support member 7 from tilting outward from the holding frame 1 during panel transport on a pallet, and is designed to prevent the support member 7 from tilting outward from the holding frame 1 when the panel is smaller in size than the holding frame 1. It is also possible to place it. Reference numeral 14 denotes a locking pawl protruding from the lowermost horizontal bar 12a of the support member 7, which is designed to stick into the ground when the support member 7 is used to prevent the pallet from falling sideways, as will be described later.

In the normal state where the support member 7 is placed between the two, the lower end is locked by the locking tool 13, and the support member 7 is secured to the support frame (pipe) by the screw member 11, as shown in FIG.
9 and the swinging rod 10 are fixed, the lower end is securely locked to the locking tool 13, and the pallet can be used in the same manner as conventional pallets of this type. If there is a risk that the pallet itself may fall due to removing a part of the pallet at the site or elsewhere, as shown in Fig. 2, the support members 7 are extended to the sides of the pallet and First, after loosening the screw member 11 and releasing the locking state between the lower ends of the support frames (pipes) 9 and the locking tool 13, the support member 7 is removed as shown in the second figure. The screw member 11 is made to protrude laterally as shown in FIG.

According to the panel transportation pallet of the present invention, the second
As shown in the figure, by using support members to prevent the pallets from falling sideways, even if the center of gravity of the mounted panels moves by a considerable amount, the excellent effect of reliably preventing the risk of falling over as in the conventional method is achieved. In addition to this, the support member can also be used as a ladder by tilting it, which has the effect of killing two birds with one stone, and the practical benefits of the present invention are great.
