第２のトランジスタのコレクタに接続され、該第
２と該第３のトランジスタのベースが第２の抵抗
と第４のトランジスタのコレクタに接続され、第
４のトランジスタのエミツタに第３の抵抗が接続
され、該第２の抵抗の他端が該コイルと該第１の
トランジスタとの接続点に接続され、該第３のト
ランジスタのコレクタが該第４のトランジスタの
エミツタ側に接続され、該第４のトランジスタの
ベースがバイアス電圧源に接続され、該コイルと
該第１のトランジスタとの接続点に整流・平滑回
路が接続されてなることを特徴とするＤＣ―ＤＣ
コンバータ。 (2) 前記第２と第３のトランジスタがマルチ・
コレクタ・トランジスタによつて形成された実用
