と第4のトランジスタのコレクタに接続され、第
4のトランジスタのエミツタに第3の抵抗が接続
され、該第2の抵抗の他端が該コイルと該第1の
トランジスタとの接続点に接続され、該第3のト
ランジスタのコレクタが該第4のトランジスタの
エミツタ側に接続され、該第4のトランジスタの
ベースがバイアス電圧源に接続され、該コイルと
該第1のトランジスタとの接続点に整流・平滑回
路が接続されてなることを特徴とするDC―DC
コンバータ。 (2) 前記第2と第3のトランジスタがマルチ・
コレクタ・トランジスタによつて形成された実用
