In seaweed cultivation, repeated drying and subsidence of the seaweed cultivation net is necessary in order to increase productivity and obtain high quality products. When carrying out such seaweed cultivation on the coast where the water depth is small, by fixing the seaweed cultivation net to a post set on the seabed, the seaweed cultivation net can be automatically drained and submerged according to the ebb and flow of the tide. On the other hand, offshore seaweed farming is becoming more popular due to reasons such as coastal water pollution, coastal reclamation, increased productivity through the use of tidal currents, and expansion of aquaculture farms. However, since it is not possible to erect props offshore, the seaweed aquaculture net cannot be automatically emptied and submerged according to the ebb and flow of the tide. Therefore, offshore, it is necessary to dry out and sink the seaweed aquaculture nets by some kind of artificial means, but most of the conventional methods for this require a lot of labor.

In addition, among the conventional methods mentioned above, one that requires relatively less labor is to insert air sacs under the seaweed culture net.
There is a method of drying out the aquaculture net by inflating the air sac, and it is certainly possible to dry out the aquaculture net relatively easily using this method.
However, in such a method using air sacs, it is generally difficult to deflate the air sacs, making it difficult to sink the air sacs and, therefore, to sink the matagauri culture net.

Therefore, in order to reduce the difficulty of subsidence of the air sac, it has been proposed in JP-A-55-92626 to insert an intake and exhaust pipe having a large number of small holes into the air sac. This mitigation method has problems such as poor workability, easy clogging of small holes and difficulty in sinking, and difficulty in transportation and storage by folding the air sac.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned difficulty in sinking due to air bladders, and is a float device suitable for raising and lowering seaweed aquaculture nets offshore, or for use in oil fences, etc. One or a plurality of hard shape-retaining plates are fixed to the bottom of a long air bladder made of an airtight material from one end to the other end of the bottom, and further fixed to the hard shape-retaining plates. To provide a float device for use in a seaweed culture net, etc., in which a weight is fixed so that one end of the air sac is heavier than the other end, and an intake and exhaust part is provided at the one end of the air sac. It is something.

The hard shape-retaining plates mentioned above 2, 2, ... can be fixed to the bottom surface of the air bladder 1 by fixing the hard shape-retaining plates 2, 2, ... to the bottom surface of the air bladder 1 from the outside as shown in the figure. Good, but
By forming the bottom part of the air sac 1 into a double structure and sewing them between them, a hard shape-retaining plate 2,
It is preferable to perform this in a manner in which 2,... are fixed. Further, 3, 3, . . . are weights, and the hard shape-retaining plates 2, 2,
Each is fixed at the bottom of... More specifically, in the case of the embodiment, the weights 3, 3, ... are each fixed to the lower part of the hard shape-retaining plates 2, 2, ..., and the weight is applied to one end of the air bladder 1. The weight increases sequentially from 1' to the other end 1''.
In addition, the above-mentioned weights 3, 3, ... are hard shape-retaining plates 2, 2,
It may be formed integrally with..., and its fixation is done by sewing it into the bottom of the air sac 1, as in the case of the above-mentioned hard shape-retaining plates 2, 2,... Also good. Reference numeral 4 denotes an air intake and exhaust section, which is provided at a lighter portion of the air bladder 1, that is, closer to the upper surface of the one end 1'. The intake/exhaust section 4 is constituted by a valve, and preferably has a structure that closes after exhausting a predetermined amount of air in a predetermined period of time. Although not shown, the air bladder 1 is provided with a culture net attachment on its top or side surface.

The embodiment shown in FIG. 2 is similar to the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 and is used for raising and lowering a seaweed aquaculture net. In this embodiment, only one rigid shape-retaining plate 2 is used,
Only one weight 3 is fixed at the other end 1'' of the air bladder 1 or near the other end 1'', but as in the embodiment shown in FIG. The weight 3 is fixed to the bottom of the air bladder 1 from one end 1' to the other end 1'', and the weight 3 is heavier at the other end 1'' than at the one end 1' of the air bladder 1. Therefore, when using the float device A having the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 4, the anchor nets 5, 5,
5, 5 and large floats 6, 6, 6, 6, etc. are used to moor the seaweed aquaculture net B on a predetermined sea surface offshore, and below the seaweed aquaculture net B, multiple floats are attached as necessary. Devices A, A, A, A may be arranged, and air may be taken in and exhausted from the air cells 1, 1, 1, 1 of the float devices A, A, A, A. By supplying air into the air sac 1 through the intake/exhaust part 4, the air sac 1 can be expanded and buoyancy can be generated.
Due to the expansion and buoyancy of the seaweed, the seaweed culture net B can be raised above the sea surface and dried out. On the other hand, if the air in the air sac 1 is discharged through the intake/exhaust part 4, the seaweed culture net B can be made to sink below the sea surface due to the contraction of the air sac 1 and the decrease in buoyancy. In this case, with the conventional float device, it was difficult to degas the air sacs due to deformation caused by contraction of the air sacs, and it was not easy to sink the glue culture net B. However, in the float device A of the present invention, The shape-retaining plate 2 improves the shape retention of the air sac 1, and the air sac 1
Since the other end 1'' is made heavier than the one end 1', and the air intake and exhaust part 4 is provided at the lighter end 1', the float device A of the present invention has a hard shape-retaining plate when it sinks. 2 (or 2. As a result, air can be smoothly discharged from the intake/exhaust section 4 on the upper end 1' side. Therefore, the float device A of the present invention sinks very easily. At this time, the intake/exhaust section 4 is If configured to close when a predetermined amount of air is exhausted in a predetermined period of time, the seaweed cultivation net B can be automatically lowered from its drying position to a predetermined sinking position after a predetermined period of time has elapsed. The output time can be set to a predetermined value.

In addition, as mentioned above, a plurality of float devices A, A,
When raising and lowering the seaweed culture net B using A and A, it is convenient to connect the respective intake and exhaust parts 4, 4, 4 to one intake and exhaust pipe (not shown). Furthermore, when the float devices A, A, A, and A are disposed below the seaweed culture net B, it is preferable that they are normally fixed at all times by the above-mentioned seaweed culture net attachment device on the upper surface thereof. The glue aquaculture net attachment tool on the side surface of the float device A connects the float device A to the glue aquaculture net B.

In addition, the case where the float device A of the present invention is used for raising and lowering a seaweed culture net has been described above, but since the float device A of the present invention sinks easily as described above, it can be used multiple times at a predetermined location. It can also be suitably used as an oil fence.

As mentioned above, the float device of the present invention is extremely easy to float and sink, especially sinking, compared to conventional devices, has good workability, and can be configured to be foldable, so it is particularly suitable for offshore use. This can significantly reduce the labor required for drying out and sinking seaweed cultivation nets in seaweed cultivation.
