値が予め記憶されている設定値と等しくなるよう
に負圧供給管に介設したバキユームスイツチング
バルブをデユーテイ制御してシグナル負圧を可変
させるように構成された上記実用新案登録請求の
範囲第1項に記載の排気ガス再循環装置。
