- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 キヤリア上に地導体、基板及びストリツプ線路
を有してなる複数個のデバイスが、ケース内に収
容されて相互に接続されてなるマイクロ波集積回
路において、 あるデバイスと他のデバイスあるいはケースと
の両対向面の上辺を斜辺とし、該対向面に沿つて
対向する一方のデバイスを移動させ、上記デバイ
ス同士を密着させた状態で接続させたことを特徴
とするマイクロ波集積回路。
