本考案は紙製シートにメタルフアイバーを分布
させ、成形後にあまり変形せず、かつ搬送の際に

に正確に案内することが極めて難かしかつた。そ
の結果、例えば短時間の間に発泡膨脹するポリウ
レタンフオーム用原料が被覆材である面材と化粧
面となる主体のずれた位置の間から外部へ漏洩す

ートしたものである。２は皮膜形成材、３はメタ
ルフアイバーであり、シート１の保形性を維持す
ると共に、成形性と加工性を向上させるものであ
る。さらに説明すると、皮膜形成材２は主に防水
材、接着材として機能するものであり、例えば、
第２図ａに示すように合成樹脂をスプレーにより
形成した塗膜２ａ、あるいは第２図ｂに示すよう
に合成樹脂からなるフイルム２ｂである。また、
メタルフアイバー３は重さを増すことなく、主に
シートの成形をより正確に、かつ、保形性を得る
ためにランダムに少量分布したものであり、具体
例としては常磁性体、銅、黄銅、青銅、アルミニ
ウム、およびこれらの合金を約２〜50mmの長さ

バー３を少量分布したため、重量をさほど増加す
