Paper is often used as a facing material for architectural boards or base plates. However, paper is both flexible and resilient, making it difficult to maintain the molded shape. In addition, paper has disadvantages such as folded parts tearing when formed sharply or when the clearance of the forming machine is narrowed; This must be done either by holding the paper in place with rolls, and because the paper itself is flexible and thin, it deforms, expands and contracts, and it is extremely difficult to guide it accurately to a predetermined position. As a result, there has been a disadvantage that, for example, the raw material for the polyurethane foam, which foams and expands in a short period of time, leaks to the outside from between the deviated positions of the facing material, which is the covering material, and the main body, which is the decorative surface.

In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention has a metal fiber that is integrally fixed to at least one side of the paper via a film-forming material, making it easy to form, accurate, excellent in shape retention, and capable of guiding, etc. This paper proposes a sheet-like product that is easy to use.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of a sheet-like article according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned sheet-like material, and 1 is a sheet laminated with one or more of asbestos paper, kraft paper, nonwoven fabric, plastic sheet, etc. 2 is a film forming material, and 3 is a metal fiber, which maintains the shape retention of the sheet 1 and improves moldability and workability. To explain further, the film forming material 2 mainly functions as a waterproofing material and an adhesive material, for example,
As shown in FIG. 2a, it is a coating film 2a formed by spraying synthetic resin, or as shown in FIG. 2b, it is a film 2b made of synthetic resin. Also,
The metal fibers 3 are randomly distributed in small amounts mainly to help form the sheet more accurately and to obtain shape retention without increasing the weight. Specific examples include paramagnetic materials, copper, and brass. , bronze, aluminum, and their alloys, with a length of about 2 to 50 mm and a thickness of 50 to 150 microns.

What has been described above is only one embodiment of the sheet-like product according to the present invention, and it can also be formed as shown in FIGS. 3a and 3b. That is, Fig. a shows a sheet-like product in which a film 2b' containing metal fibers 3 in a synthetic resin film is laminated onto a sheet 1, and Fig. b shows a sheet-like product in which the structure shown in Fig. 2a is applied to one side of the sheet 1, and the structure shown in Fig. 2a is applied to the other side. It is a sheet-like material on which a waterproof layer 4 is formed. Further, the sheet-like material can also be molded, for example, as shown in FIGS. 4a to 4c, and then supplied to a mold or the like.

As described above, the sheet-like material according to the present invention is a film-forming material 2 having abrasion resistance, shock-absorbing properties, and ductility.
The metal fibers 3, which have excellent workability, shape retention, and ductility, are integrally formed with the sheet 1 as the core material, so that the sheet-like material, which is flexible but has poor shape retention, is endowed with shape retention and sound insulation properties, and there is no need to cut it for forming, etc. Furthermore, the sheet-like material can be accurately and easily guided by magnets, etc. during transportation. Also, because a small amount of metal fibers 3 are distributed in the sheet 1, the weight does not increase significantly, making it inexpensive.
