この考案は、カラーボツクス等の家具あるいは
建造物の内装材等に用いる板面の化粧シートとし
て有用なプラスチツクシートに関するものであ
る。
この種の化粧シートには、家具等の本体に華麗
な感触を持たせる目的から、淡い彩色のプラスチ
ツクシートが使用されることが多いが、しかし従
来の淡彩色のプラスチツクシートでは、着色層の
顔料混入量を少量に抑えなければならないことか
ら、色彩に黄色の退色現象が生じ易いという耐候
性上の問題点があつた。
本考案は、上記問題点を解消するためになされ
たものであつて、すなわち、本考案の目的は、退
色現象を生じにくくした淡彩色のプラスチツク化
粧シートを提供することにある。
その目的を達成する手段として、本考案の化粧
シートは、基材をなす無彩色系のプラスチツクフ
イルムと、同プラスチツクフイルムの表面にプリ
ントされた濃彩色インキ層と、更に同インキ層の
表面に積層された乳白色系の半透明フイルムとに
より形成されたことを特徴としている。
以下、図示の一実施例に基づいて本考案を説明
する。
実施例のプラスチツクシートは、付図に示すよ
うに、３重に積層形成されたシートであつて、す
なわち、基材をなすプラスチツクフイルム１と、
中間層をなすインキ層２と、表層をなす半透明フ
イルム３との重合により形成されており、以下、
各層ごとにその形成態様を述べる。
(a) プラスチツクフイルム１
このフイルム１は、無彩色系のフイルムであつ
て、白色プラスチツク材だけの白色シート、微量
のカーボンブラツクを混入させた淡灰色シート、
あるいは少量のカーボンブラツクが混入された濃
灰色シート等が用いられる。
(b) インキ層２
このインキ層２は、前記プラスチツクフイルム
１の表面に、ベタ刷りによりプリントされた濃彩
色のインキ層であつて、使用されるインキは、赤
色・黄色・青色の３原色の顔料と酸化チタンを適
当に選択して同量に混入させたものである。
(c) 半透明フイルム３
このフイルム３は、前記インキ層２の表面にオ
ーバレイ接着されたものであつて、インキ層２の
濃色を、半透過により淡色化させる作用を行つて
いる。すなわち半透明フイルム３は、透明又は半
透明の塩ビ系プラスチツク材に酸化チタンを混入
した乳白色系プラスチツクフイルム、あるいは、
酸化チタンとマイカとを混入したパール調の乳白
色系プラスチツクフイルムであつて、後者では、
マイカの反射によつてゴージヤス感が得られる。
以下に、上記プラスチツクフイルム１と、半透
明フイルム３の組成構造の実施例をあげる。

しかして、インキ層２には多量の顔料が混在す
るので、シートには退色現象が起きにくい特性が
ある。
なお、化粧シートの色調感覚は、同じ濃彩色イ
ンキ層２であつても、プラスチツクフイルム１の
灰色の濃さに応じて変つてくるので、同じインキ
で基材の種類だけ異なつた色調のシートが得られ
るというメリツトがある。
以上述べたように、本考案に係るプラスチツク
化粧シートによれば、基材をなす無彩色系のフイ
ルムと、中間層をなす濃彩色インキ層と、表層を
なす乳白色系の半透明フイルムとの積層によりシ
ートを構成させたので、退色現象が生じにくい淡
彩色のシートが得られるほか、ソフト、かつゴー
ジヤスな感触を持つたカラーバリエーシヨンに富
むシートが得られ、これによりプラスチツク化粧
シートの耐候性を向上させると共に、その商品性
