(1) プラスチツク成形機における金型へ温調用
の媒体を循環供給するためのポンプと、前記媒体
を加熱・冷却するための媒体温度調節装置と、前
記金型自体の検出温度または前記金型へ供給され
る媒体(送媒)の検出温度と設定された制御目標
温度および制御定数とに基いて前記媒体温度調節
装置を自動制御するためのコントローラーを備え
て成る金型温度調節機において、
前記金型の付近における外乱温度を検出するた
めの温度センサーを設けると共に、それによる検
出外乱温度に基いて前記コントローラーが必要と
する前記制御定数を自動変更設定する機能を前記
コントローラーに有せしめてあることを特徴とす
る金型温度調節機。
(2) 前記コントローラーによる前記媒体温度調
節装置に対する自動制御を、前記金型自体の検出
温度に基いて行わせる状態と、前記送媒の検出温
度に基いて行わせる状態とに、切り換え可能に構
成してある実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項に記
載の金型温度調節機。
(3) 前記媒体温度調節装置に対する自動制御を
前記送媒の検出温度に基いて行わせる場合におい
て、前記金型の成形停止期間中における前記送媒
の目標温度を、同金型の成形期間中における場合
よりも高く自動変更設定する機能を、前記コント
ローラーに有せしめてある実用新案登録請求の範
囲第(2)項に記載の金型温度調節機。
(4) 前記金型へ供給される媒体(送媒)の検出
温度、および、前記金型から帰還する媒体(返媒
)の検出温度、ならびに、その媒体の検出循環流
量に基いて前記金型の熱量を算出する機能を、前
記コントローラーに有せしめてある実用新案登録
請求の範囲第(1)項ないし第(3)項の何れかに記載

温度および制御定数とに基いて前記媒体温度調節
装置を自動制御するためのコントローラーを備え
て成る金型温度調節機において、 前記金型の付近における外気温度を検出するた
めの温度センサーを設けると共に、それによる検
出外気温度に基いて前記コントローラーが必要と
する前記制御定数を自動変更設定する機能を前記
コントローラーに有せしめてあることを特徴とす
る金型温度調節機。 (2) 前記コントローラーによる前記媒体温度調
節装置に対する自動制御を、前記金型自体の検出
温度に基いて行わせる状態と、前記送媒の検出温
度に基いて行わせる状態とに、切り換え可能に構
成してある実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項に記
載の金型温度調節機。 (3) 前記媒体温度調節装置に対する自動制御を
前記送媒の検出温度に基いて行わせる場合におい
て、前記金型の成形停止期間中における前記送媒
の目標温度を、同金型の成形期間中における場合
よりも高く自動変更設定する機能を、前記コント
ローラーに有せしめてある実用新案登録請求の範
