Claims (1)
- 絶縁容器の両端開口部をそれぞれ端板で閉止し
て真空容器を構成し、この真空容器の内部に接離
自在とした一対の電極を配設し、その電極の周囲
を取巻くような円筒状のアークシールドを、前記
絶縁容器の軸方向中間部の内壁に設けた突起部を
介して取付けるようにした真空バルブにおいて、
前記アークシールドには中間部に前記突起部の一
方の面に係合する段部、端部に切欠き部を有する
つば部を設け、この切欠き部から一箇所を切断し
た座金状の支持金具を挿入して前記突起部の他方
の面に係合させ、前記アークシールドを前記絶縁
容器に取付けるようにしたことを特徴とする真空
バルブ。
