以下本発明の実施例を添付図に基いて詳述ｒる。
ｒｊｔＪ７図に示すように、付属構築物８は家屋１の二
階部分から突出させられた張り出し部２の下に設けられ
るものである。この張り出し部２としては、二階の室内
を広げるためのオーバハング部や比較的大型の玄関庇な
どがある。第７図は、玄関庇の下の端部に付属構築物８
を設けた場合であり、付属構築物８の設けられていない
部分が玄関ポーチとして使用されるようになっており、
付属構築物８の壁は玄関ポーチの袖壁のような外観とな
っている。
張り出し部２の下方の土間や地面などの床部３には家屋
１の基ｉ！９と一体となった基礎１０が外壁の外へ延出
するようにＬ字状に設けられており、この基礎１０のコ
ーナ部と先端部にはアンカーボルト４が埋め込まれてい
て基ｌ！１０の天端面にアンカーボルト４が突出してい
る。また、−階の外壁パネル１１の基Ｉ！１０基端に当
たる位置には、第３図に示すように壁パネル５の厚みを
掴むことのできる幅の略コ字形をした端金共１２が上下
に複数個ねじ１３で固定されている。下金共６にはコー
ナ用の下金共６ａと端部用のＦ金具６ｂとがある。コー
ナ用の下金共６ａは第４図に示すように水平片１４ｍと
２枚の垂直片１４ｂとからなる三面形状をしており、水
平片１４ａにはアンカーボルト４を通すための大丸孔１
５とビス１７を通すための小丸孔１６が設けられ、両垂
直片１４ｂにはビス１７を通すための小丸孔１８が設け
られている。端部用の下金共６ｂは第５図に示すように
水平片１９ａと垂直片１９ｂとからなっており、水平片
１９ａにはアンカーボルト４を通すための大丸孔２１と
ビス１７を通すための小丸孔２２を設けられており、垂
直片１９ｂにはビス１７を通すための小丸孔２３が設け
られている。下金共７にもコーナ用の下金１４ニア ａ
と端部用の下金Ｊ４７ｂとがあるが、コーナ用の下金具
７ａはコーナ用の７’＊Ａ６ａと同じものであり、端部
用の下金具７ｂは端部用の下金共６ｂと同じものであり
、互いに共用されている。コーナ用の下金共６ａ及び端
部用の下金具６ｂは、壁パネル５を立てる前に、夫々の
位置のアンカーボルト４に挿通され、アンカーボルト４
に緩くナツト２４を螺着してアンカーボルト４に緩く保
持されている。この状態で基１ｉＪｌ！ｉｏと張り出し
部２との間に非−を力構造の壁パネル５を立て、外壁と
接する側の壁パネル５の端部を端金具１２内に嵌合させ
、端金共１２の側片１２ａから壁パネル５へねじ２５を
打って、壁パネル５の端を外壁パネル１１に連結する。

更に、両壁パネル５の中火部をＬ字状金物２６により連

築する場合にはコンクリート土間などに直接アンカーボ
