以下本発明の実施例を添付図に基いて詳述rる。
rjtJ7図に示すように、付属構築物8は家屋1の二
階部分から突出させられた張り出し部2の下に設けられ
るものである。この張り出し部2としては、二階の室内
を広げるためのオーバハング部や比較的大型の玄関庇な
どがある。第7図は、玄関庇の下の端部に付属構築物8
を設けた場合であり、付属構築物8の設けられていない
部分が玄関ポーチとして使用されるようになっており、
付属構築物8の壁は玄関ポーチの袖壁のような外観とな
っている。
張り出し部2の下方の土間や地面などの床部3には家屋
1の基i!9と一体となった基礎10が外壁の外へ延出
するようにL字状に設けられており、この基礎10のコ
ーナ部と先端部にはアンカーボルト4が埋め込まれてい
て基l!10の天端面にアンカーボルト4が突出してい
る。また、−階の外壁パネル11の基I!10基端に当
たる位置には、第3図に示すように壁パネル5の厚みを
掴むことのできる幅の略コ字形をした端金共12が上下
に複数個ねじ13で固定されている。下金共6にはコー
ナ用の下金共6aと端部用のF金具6bとがある。コー
ナ用の下金共6aは第4図に示すように水平片14mと
2枚の垂直片14bとからなる三面形状をしており、水
平片14aにはアンカーボルト4を通すための大丸孔1
5とビス17を通すための小丸孔16が設けられ、両垂
直片14bにはビス17を通すための小丸孔18が設け
られている。端部用の下金共6bは第5図に示すように
水平片19aと垂直片19bとからなっており、水平片
19aにはアンカーボルト4を通すための大丸孔21と
ビス17を通すための小丸孔22を設けられており、垂
直片19bにはビス17を通すための小丸孔23が設け
られている。下金共7にもコーナ用の下金14ニア a
と端部用の下金J47bとがあるが、コーナ用の下金具
7aはコーナ用の7’*A6aと同じものであり、端部
用の下金具7bは端部用の下金共6bと同じものであり
、互いに共用されている。コーナ用の下金共6a及び端
部用の下金具6bは、壁パネル5を立てる前に、夫々の
位置のアンカーボルト4に挿通され、アンカーボルト4
に緩くナツト24を螺着してアンカーボルト4に緩く保
持されている。この状態で基1iJl!ioと張り出し
部2との間に非−を力構造の壁パネル5を立て、外壁と
接する側の壁パネル5の端部を端金具12内に嵌合させ
、端金共12の側片12aから壁パネル5へねじ25を
打って、壁パネル5の端を外壁パネル11に連結する。

く締めて下金共6aを固定し、下金共6aの垂直片14

部同士を連結する。
更に、両壁パネル5の中火部をL字状金物26により連

上記実施例では家屋建築時に付属構築物8を構築する場
合として基礎10を用いたが、後から付属構築物8を増
築する場合にはコンクリート土間などに直接アンカーボ
