Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 冷却水通路を開閉するバルブ１に、冷却水
温の設定温度以下ではバルブ１を閉弁し、かつ設
定温度以上ではバルブ１を開弁するように形状記
憶合金バネ２を備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関
用サーモスタツト。 (2) 前記形状記憶合金バネ２が、Ｎｉ―Ｔｉ合
金からなる温度サイクルに対して可逆的に形状変
化する二方向形状記憶合金から成るものである実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のサーモスタツ
ト。 (3) 前記形状記憶合金バネ２がコイルバネであ
つて前記バルブ１と該バルブ１を摺動自在に保持
するハウジング４とに螺着したものである実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載のサーモ
スタツト。
