が設けられている。図示したものでは、ロツク機
構4側のレバー5がこのロツク機構4に直接連結
され、他方のレバー5′がシートバツク1の幅方
向に延設された一本のロツド6の一端部に連結さ
れ、このロツド6の他端部がロツク機構4に連結

れた軸13を介して回動自在に設けられている。
更に、上記ラツチ12には凹状の切欠部14が設
けてあり、この切欠部14は両端が車体側に固定
されたストライカ15に係止し得るようになつて
いる。ラツチ12はシートバツク1を起こした時
に上記ストライカ15に係止してシートバツク1
を保持するが、反対にレバー5,5′のどちらか
一方を前方に回動すると、ロツド6が切欠部11
を支点としてポール8と共に回転することによ
り、ラツチ12との係止状態が解かれ、更にラツ
チ12とストライカ15の係止状態は解除されて
シートバツク1を前方に倒すことができる。

その長手方向に沿つて複数本に分割されると共に
当該分割部分は前記長手方向に伸縮し得る緩衝手
段を介して相互に連結されていることを特徴とす
るものである。

前方に倒れることがないため乗員保護を図ること
