レーロッド24がレバー20側へ引寄せられ、それによって
フック15が図中矢印Ｅ方向へ回転し始め、やがてその先
端部が第２図に示すようにロックピン17から外れてい
く。すなわち、レッグ８をこのように所定の位置まで倒
すと、ロック解除手段19が作動してロック手段13のロッ

２のブラケットを固定し、該第２のブラケットに上記レ
ッグの上部を第２のピンで枢支結合し、上記レッグの上
部に、リアシートをセットした際、上記レッグと上記シ
ートクッションとの結合をロックするロック手段を配設
し、上記レッグの下部に、上記ロック手段のロック状態
をリアシートの格納操作の途中で解除するロック解除手
段を配設した構成としているので、次のような効果を得
