Conventionally, in a plastic molding machine, as a means for releasing the product molded in the mold part and the spool runner outside the molding machine, for example, a means is used to release the product and the spool runner to an appropriate position outside the molding machine where the product and spool runner are released and fall. A system has been adopted in which appropriate boxes made of thick paper such as cardboard are placed, and the products and spool runners are stored within these boxes. In this case, in order to separate the product from the spool runner, it takes time and effort to provide a partition plate on the box body, and the box body etc. There was an inconvenience in that it had to be changed to various sizes.

In addition, in the conventional method of collecting products, etc., outside the molding machine using the above-mentioned means, the products, etc. may collide with various parts inside the molding machine before they are discharged outside the molding machine. As a result, there is a risk that the product itself may be stained or damaged, and furthermore, there are inconveniences such as powder being scattered in an appropriate area and being lost.

The skirt part 1 of the skirt has openings 2 and 2' at both upper and lower ends, and accordion-shaped parts 3 and 3' on both sides that can be opened and closed freely at any time. , insert rods 4, 4' of appropriate length so as to sandwich the above accordion-shaped part.
Cylindrical portions 5, 5' are formed such that they can be freely attached and detached. When the rod is attached to the cylindrical parts 5, 5' at the upper end of the skirt part 1, the brackets 6 which are detachably attached to both sides of the mold part A of a plastic molding machine (not shown) are attached. It can be fitted into the rod support holes 7, 7'. At both ends of the rods 4 and 4', a rod can be attached or detached as needed to prevent the rod from coming off the cylindrical part of the guide skirt and from coming off the rod support hole of the bracket. The locking body portions 8, 8' are provided.

Skirt portion 1 of the present invention having such a configuration
The product B and spool runner C released or dropped from the mold section A of the molding machine can withstand considerable heat (e.g. 200°C) immediately after molding, and can withstand the considerable heat (for example, 200°C) that the product It is made of a suitable material that has good sliding properties even when in contact, and is lightweight in itself, and can be formed with the above-mentioned accordion-shaped portion on a portion thereof. In short, it is a suitable material that is lightweight and heat resistant. The material of the skirt section itself is not particularly limited, as long as it is made of a plastic product or the like, which has been appropriately processed so that it can slide down smoothly.

Further, in any case, the skirt portion 1 has openings 2, 2' at both upper and lower ends, and accordion-shaped portions 3, 3' at both sides. The shape of the guide skirt is not particularly limited and can be any shape desired as a guide skirt of a plastic molding machine. To illustrate this in the drawings, for example, as shown in Fig. 3, a tapered part 9 is formed along the lower end of the skirt part, or as shown in Fig. 4, a tapered part 9 is formed in the skirt part and the skirt An accordion-shaped separator 10 is provided on the section itself to form a separate skirt section, and further, as shown in FIG. 5, the skirt section itself as shown in FIG. Various shapes such as separation are possible. On the other hand, the lower end of the skirt portion as shown in FIG. 6 is cut into an appropriately inclined shape, an appropriate chute cover 11 is joined to this, and the chute cover 11 is mounted on an appropriate pedestal as shown in FIG. It is also possible to configure it so that it is supported at 12.

The guide skirt of the present invention described above is installed on both sides of the appropriate mold section A of the plastic molding machine.
While fixing the bracket 6 with bolts etc.,
After inserting the rods 4, 4' into the cylindrical parts 5, 5' of the skirt part 1, the ends of both ends of the rods are fitted into the rod support holes 7, 7' of the bracket and secured to both ends of the rods. Just by attaching the body parts 8 and 8', the guide
Installation of the skirt is completed. Furthermore, when removing the guide skirt from the mold section, this is done in the reverse order of the above-mentioned installation order.

The guide skirt installed as described above becomes an accordion-shaped part 3, 3' that can be opened and closed at any time according to the movement of the mold part as shown by the arrow in the figure. , the opening 2 at the upper end that receives the spool runner C opens in response to the expansion and opening movement of the mold section, so that it can perfectly accept products, etc., while the opening 2' at the lower end of the skirt section can be adjusted to an appropriate width. After falling, the product B is transported by a conveyor D (not shown in detail), etc., and the spool runner C is recycled by a crusher E (not shown in detail). will be done.

Furthermore, if the skirt part 1 is formed as shown in Fig. 3, the products, etc. can be more concentrated and dropped, and if the skirt part 1 is formed as shown in Fig. 4, an integral guide skirt can be formed. As a result, products can be automatically separated from each other or products and spool runners for collection. Furthermore, if the skirt part is formed as shown in Figure 5, relatively large products etc. can be separated and received very smoothly, and an appropriate chute cover can be attached to the lower end of the skirt part as shown in Figure 6. If these are bonded, etc., the loss of powder and product damage due to scattering will be more completely eliminated.
