In these conventional floor heating systems, the concrete material forming the heated floor body is heated and expands. However, the expansion of the floor is prevented by the concrete that makes up the walls, causing the floor to deform.
A situation occurs where cracks occur.

That is, in floor heating, etc. in which heating wires or heating pipes for circulating hot water or the like are buried in concrete forming a structure such as the floor body 4 having a predetermined thickness to heat the surface, the structure ( The floor body 4) is divided into one or more sections, and a cushion material is arranged at the boundary between each section and the boundary between the structure and the surrounding surface surrounding the structure so as to absorb thermal expansion of the section. It is characterized by having been established.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, a heat insulating material 2 is laid on a slab 1, and a heating pipe 3 is arranged and fixed in a meandering manner on this heat insulating material 2. Hot water flows through the heating pipe 3 by a hot water circulation device (not shown). Moreover, concrete is further cast on the heat insulating material 2 to form a floor body 4 as a structure, and the upper surface of this floor body 4 becomes the floor surface F. The floor body 4 is surrounded by a concrete wall 5. That is, the floor surface F to be heated is divided by the concrete wall 5. Along the concrete wall 5, a cushion material 6 made of rubber, foamed styrene, or the like is provided at the boundary around the floor body 4. This cushion material 6 is placed in advance before the floor body 4 is cast, and its thickness is determined by the amount of vertical and horizontal expansion of the floor body 4 according to the width of the compartment and temperature changes. Determined based on. A rubber filler 7 having cushioning properties is disposed on the upper surface of the cushion material 6. This filler 7 is filled after the floor 4 described above is cast. In other words, it would be good if it could be done so as not to cover the upper surface of the cushion material 6 when pouring the floor 4, but this is difficult, and in reality, concrete may also be placed on the cushion material 6. Put it away. Therefore, at this time, it is preferable to cause hot water to flow through the heating pipe 3 to cause the concrete to thermally expand to forcibly create cracks in the above-mentioned portions, and to place the filler material 7 therein.

FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the invention.
When the floor area to be heated is large, if the entire area is divided into one section as in the first embodiment, the expansion and absorption will not be sufficient and cracks or deformation may occur. Therefore, in this case, the floor area is divided into, for example, four sections, and the cushion material 6 (see FIG. 2) is placed as described above so as to correspond to the boundary around the section. A floor body 4 is placed and a filler material 7 is filled.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, when hot water is passed through the heating pipe 3, the floor body 4 is heated, and this heat is transmitted inside the floor body 4 to heat the floor surface F, thereby providing space heating. It is something that can be done. At this time, the floor body 4 undergoes thermal expansion and expands, but this is absorbed by the cushioning material 6 and the cushioning filler 7 and does not reach the concrete wall 5. Therefore, no stress is generated between the floor body 4 and the concrete wall 5, and no deformation or cracks occur in the floor body 4.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention prevents the expansion of concrete constituting a structure such as an expanding floor by controlling the expansion of the concrete at the boundaries of each section and the boundaries between the structure and the surrounding surface surrounding the structure. Since it can be absorbed by the cushion material provided in the section, it has great effects such as preventing deformation and cracks on the floor surface etc.
