Conventionally, the shapes of underfloor heating panels are generally as shown in Figure 1.
Box-shaped surface material 1 with an open bottom as shown in Figure 2
The heat exchange pipe 2 is fixed in contact with the upper plate, the lower opening of the surface material 1 is covered with the back material 3, and urethane, etc. It is filled with a heat insulating material 4 and formed by foam molding.

However, when installing multiple panels depending on the heating area, it is recommended to fix them to the floor 5 with wood screws 6, etc. to prevent them from moving, as shown in Figure 2. When this happens, the surface material 1 may expand and the end portion 7 of the surface material 1 may warp as shown in FIG. Also, a part of the heat insulating material 4 is locally protruded laterally from the side surface of the panel to form a plurality of protrusions, and these protrusions provide gaps between each panel, and these gaps absorb thermal expansion of the surface material. It is suggested that something be done. However, there is a risk that the protrusions formed of the heat insulating material will be damaged or lost during installation or transportation of the panel, and there is also a risk that the protrusion dimension of the protrusions will be reduced. Therefore, in order to maintain appropriate gaps between each panel, it is necessary to handle the panels with sufficient care.

The present invention has been devised to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks and will be described below with reference to the drawings. In FIGS. 4 and 5, spacers 8 molded from resin or the like are inserted into a plurality of through holes 9 formed at intervals in the circumferential side plate of the surface material 1 from inside the circumferential side plate of the surface material 1. The spacers 8 are made to protrude outward from the surface material 1, respectively, so that when a plurality of panels are laid, a gap 10 is left between adjacent panels as shown in FIG.

As described above, the present invention allows spacers 8 molded from resin or the like to protrude from the inside of the box-shaped surface material 1 through the through holes 9 provided in the peripheral side plate of the surface material 1, so that when a plurality of panels are installed, Since a gap 10 is provided between the ivy panels, a space for absorbing the expansion of the surface material 1 is secured between the panels by the gap 10.
Even if the surface material 1 expands when hot water (60 DEG C. to 80 DEG C.) is flowed through the heat exchange pipe 2, the expansion can be absorbed, and the ends of the panel do not warp as in the conventional case. Further, by selecting the protruding dimension of the spacer 8, the gap between the panels can be adjusted as appropriate according to the amount of expansion of the surface material 1. Furthermore, a spacer made of resin or the like was made to protrude from the through hole to the outside of the surface material, and the interior of the protruded spacer was made to communicate with a space surrounded by the surface material and the back plate and filled with heat insulating material. When filling the insulation material, the insulation material wraps around inside the protruding spacer, and the insulation material inside the spacer is protected by the spacer during panel installation or transportation, preventing the spacer and insulation material from being damaged or lost. As a result, the gaps between each panel can be maintained appropriately without having to be careful in handling the panels. Further, when the heat insulating material is foamed, the spacer also serves as a mold for the panel peripheral side plate and closes the through holes, so that leakage of the heat insulating material from the through holes can be prevented.
