In a headlamp in which a lamp unit is attached to a housing via a plurality of stays, a rising wall is integrally formed at the peripheral edge of the stay attached to the upper part, an opening is formed at the free end, and a wall facing the opening is formed. Two synthetic resin nuts connected by a hinge so that one fits into the rising wall are positioned so as to sandwich the stay and are secured with screws, and the contact surface of the nuts with the stay is placed on a roof-like slope. A mounting structure for a headlamp, characterized in that:
Since the nut holds the stay with a roof-like slope, the lamp unit itself rotates around the top of the roof by the amount of the slope, making it possible to aim vertically, and with no wobbling in the left-right direction. It does not occur.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a housing, and a mounting boss portion 2 is integrally formed on the housing to protrude. The lamp unit 3 attached to the housing is composed of a metal reflector 4, a lens 5, a socket part 6, and a light bulb 7, and the lamp unit is attached to the housing 1 at multiple locations.
A rectangular stay 8 is attached to a part of the reflector 4 at the upper part thereof by welding means.

They are cut into roof-like inclined surfaces 15a and 15b having apexes 14a and 14b. One nut 11a of the stay 8 formed in this way fits into the rising wall 9, and the other nut 1
1b faces the opening 10 and is positioned so as to sandwich the stay 8 from both sides, and the portion that abuts the stay 8 is a roof-like sloped surface 15a, 1.
5b side, and attach it to the boss part 2 with appropriate mounting screws 16. In addition, if each nut 11a, 11b has burrs 17a, 17b, etc. protruding inside the holes 13a, 13b, it will temporarily hold the nuts 11a, 11b when the mounting screw 16 is inserted. Prevents screws from falling off, making installation work extremely easy.

Not only can it be seen, but even when the mounting screws 16 are tightened, the roof-like slope 15
Due to the presence of a and 15b, as shown by the virtual line,
The lamp unit is designed to be able to rotate back and forth within a predetermined angular range about the abutting portions of the top portions 14a and 14b.

The structure of the stay is such that a rising wall is integrally formed at the peripheral edge, an opening is provided at the free end, and the nut is
The pieces are connected with a hinge, a roof-like slope is formed on one surface, and the slopes are clamped from both sides of the stay so that they come into contact with the stay. It has a variety of excellent effects, such as less vibration, greater installation stability, and even though aiming is possible, there is no rattling in the left-right direction.
