The outer mast is equipped with a lifting device capable of raising and lowering the inner mast and also raising and lowering the outer mast using the inner mast as a support structure, and the outer mast is configured with a platform that can be connected to the lower end of the inner mast located at the lowest stage. It has an extendable pedestal that is fixed to the upper ends of the main columns at the four corners and has legs that can extend and contract radially from the platform in a diagonal direction toward the main columns, and is capable of transmitting the load from the inner mast side to the outer mast side. Further, a planar rod having a recess, which is laid on the foundation and extends from the outside of the outer mast to both sides of the anchor mast for the inner mast, has a concave portion that can freely move in and out of the outer mast and that allows the inner mast to move in and out. It has a shape in which an additional inner mast and an attachment for carrying the telescoping frame can be attached and detached on the inside thereof, and a carriage that can be attached and detached on the outside of the attachment for carrying the additional outer mast is provided so as to be freely movable.
