るスタツドと、前記段部とネジ部との間に設けた
リング状部材と、前記中間部に嵌合され、前記フ
ランジ部に当接する弾性筒状部材と、前記フラン
ジ部の他面に積層した制振用弾性部材と押えプレ
ートと、前記スタツドの他端のネジ部に螺合した
ナツトから構成されている。
