Abstract

PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of operations by a method in which panels for basement are floated on groundwater in a space for basement. and settled down by injecting groundwater into the panels, the wall of the ground is connected with the panels by cement, and water in the panels is drained. CONSTITUTION:A space 2 for basement is excavated in an existing building 1, and a frame assembly 3 is temporarily set on the upper part of the space 2. A beam assembly 5 is set on the frame assembly 3 and a bottomed box-type basement panel 8 consisting of a floor panel 6A, columns 7, and waist-high wall panels 6B is fabricated. The panel 8 is lowered by crane 10 into groundwater W in the space 2 to float it, and the groundwater W is injected into the panel 8 by a pump 11 to settle it down. After the panel 8 is landed on the bottom, the wall of the space 2 and the outside of the panel 8 are bonded with cement C. The water W in the panel 8 is drained to the outside by a pump 11.

Constructing a basement inside an existing building built in an area with a high groundwater level means that the construction equipment that will be brought into the existing building will be subject to size and weight restrictions, making it impossible to bring construction equipment into the building. When the basement space of an existing building is excavated, the space is filled with groundwater, making it impossible to assemble basement panels in the water. The reality is that there are almost no such cases.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a method for constructing a basement in an existing building, which solves the above-mentioned conventional problems and allows efficient manual construction of a basement in an existing building located at a high groundwater level.

The method of constructing a basement in an existing building according to the present invention to achieve the above object is to excavate a basement space in an existing building built in a high groundwater level area, and temporarily assemble it above the basement space. After assembling a bottomed box-shaped basement panel consisting of beams, floor panels, columns, waist wall panels, etc. on a framework of wooden beams, etc., the above-mentioned basement panel is placed into the groundwater in the basement space using an indoor crane, etc. The groundwater is then pumped into the basement panel and allowed to settle. After bonding the ground wall of the basement space and the basement panel with cement, the water inside the basement panel is pumped. This feature is characterized in that the basement panel is fixed within the basement space of an existing building by draining water.

According to the above method, it is possible to efficiently construct a basement by human labor using only construction equipment that can be carried into an existing building, and leakage of groundwater is stopped with cement outside the basement panel.

First, as shown in the plan view in Figure 1 and the side sectional view in Figure 2, when constructing a basement in an existing building 1 built on land with a high groundwater level, a basement A space 2 is excavated by an appropriate means, and a framework 3 made of a large number of wooden beams called grouper boards with dimensions that can be carried into the existing building 1 is sequentially installed on the top of the basement space 2 as shown in Figure 1 for scaffolding. Assemble temporarily.

By injecting groundwater W into the basement panel 8 using the pump 11 as shown in Figure 4-B, the basement panel 8 is allowed to settle, and after reaching the bottom, the basement space 2 is expanded as shown in Figure 4-C. The ground wall and the outside of the basement panel 8 are bonded with cement C, and as shown in Figure 4-D, the groundwater W in the basement panel 8 is discharged to the outside with a pump 11, and the cement C is solidified. For example, it is fixed to the basement panel 8 or the basement space 2, and the interior work is then performed to complete the basement.

If the basement construction method of the present invention explained above is adopted,
It is now possible to construct a basement later in an existing building built in a place with a high groundwater level, and in particular, basement construction equipment that can be carried into an existing building allows for efficient construction of a basement by hand. This has the advantage that the construction cost is low.
