Claims (1)
- 可撓性圧電材料よりなる圧電層と、該圧電層の
主表面に形成した可撓性導電材料よりなる電極層
とにより圧電素子本体を構成してなるものにおい
て、その電極層に導電短線を電気的に接続し、該
導電短線の引出し端と、接続ピンの一端とを導電
性接続板に夫々半田付して該接続板を介して両者
を電気的に接続するとともに、該導電短線の圧電
素子本体との接続部から接続板を絶縁性樹脂モー
ルド材で一体保持し、該接続ピンの他端をモール
ド材から突出したことを特徴とする機械電気変換
素子。
