Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent diffusions to respective rooms of odor and smoke and the sticking of odor on to the inside of an air supply dust by heating or cooling the return air as it is by operating a damper when it is led to a heating or cooling section, and discharging it after it has exchanged heat with the introduced outdoor air when it is led to a ventilation section and supplying the introduced outdoor air to respective rooms after heating or cooling it. CONSTITUTION:When the air in a room is not polluted, the indoor return air is led to a fan 3 for air blast after being led to an air conditioner 1 with ventilation, and accelerated, heated or cooled by a cold and hot water coil 4 and discharged to respective rooms to carry out room heating or room cooling, when a damper 9 is left closed. When the air in a room is polluted or the odor of tobacco or the smoke from smoking is in the air, the return air from the room that was sucked in is led to a fan 6 for air exhaust after being led to the air conditioner 1 with ventilation, and discharged to the outdoor after passing through a total heat exchanger 8, when the damper 9 is open. At the same time the outdoor air is introduced by a fan for air supply and it passes through the total heat exchanger 8 and after exchanging heat with the indoor ventilated air it is led to a fan 3 for blast air and heated or cooled by a cold or hot water coil 4 and discharged to respective rooms via an air supply duct 11 to carry out room heating or room cooling by fresh air.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The conventional heating and cooling method is to install an air conditioner 101 as shown in Figure 4, and send hot or cold air to each room through an air supply duct 1o2 as shown in Figure 5. The return air is returned to the air conditioner 101 via the return air duct 103. The air returned to the air conditioner 101 is driven by a motor 104 7
After being accelerated by the 7-channel 105 and heated or cooled by the cold/hot water coil 106, the air passes through the air supply duct 1o2 again and is sent to each room.

(For example, regarding heating and cooling methods, see (Taste) Air Conditioning and Sanitary Engineering "Practical Knowledge of Air Conditioning Equipment" (revised 2nd edition), P. 1681. Problems to be solved by the invention. With this method, it was not possible to exhaust the contaminated air generated inside the room, and it was necessary to install a separate ventilation system for ventilation. However, simply providing ventilation would lead to an increase in the heating and cooling load. Also, there is-
The smell of cigarettes and smoke generated in the room spread to each room, sometimes causing discomfort. Moreover, the smell of cigarettes and the like will get stuck inside the air supply duct 102 and over time.
However, there were problems such as increased discomfort as the temperature increased.

Effect: With this configuration, if the indoor air is not contaminated, if the damper is closed, the air will not flow to the ventilation area, but will be guided to the heating and cooling area, and will pass through the fan motor for blowing air. After being heated or cooled by a cold/hot water coil, it is supplied to each room for heating or cooling. In addition, if the indoor air is dirty or there is a smell of cigarettes or smoke, by operating the damper and opening it, the indoor air will be guided to the ventilation part, and the exhaust fan of the ventilation fan motor will be activated. It is pressurized and discharged outdoors through a total heat exchanger. At the same time, outside air is sucked in by the air supply fan of the ventilation fan motor, exchanges heat with the indoor ambient air in the total heat exchanger, is led to the heating and cooling section, passes through the ventilation fan motor, and then passes through the cold/hot water coil. It is heated or cooled and supplied to each room for heating or cooling and ventilation.

At the same time, outside air is led from the outdoor hood 16 by the air supply fan 7 driven by the ventilation motor 5, passes through the total heat exchanger 8, exchanges heat with the indoor ambient air, and then is driven by the ventilation motor 2. The air is guided by a driven blower fan 3, heated or cooled by a cold/hot water coil 4, passes through an air supply duct 11, and is discharged into each room by discharge grills 12a to 121, thereby removing contaminated air and fresh air. Air-based heating and cooling are provided.
