せて化学発光させる反応槽と、この反応槽におけ
る発光量を検出する検出器とを備えてなる化学発
光式分析計において、それぞれ制御するガス流量
が異なつた複数の流量制御部を並設するとともに
、これら流量制御部を択一的に前記反応槽へ流路
連絡する流路切換え手段を設け、かつ前記各流量
制御部にそれぞれ対応してフルスケール時の測定
濃度値がそれぞれ異なつた測定レンジを流量制御
部と同数設けたことを特徴とする化学発光式分析
