Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は金属帯板たとえば長尺帯鋼の歪を矯正
して平坦化する装置に関するものである。従来こ
の種の装置として特開昭50―71557号公報記載の
発明が公知である。この発明の場合、金属帯板に
張力をかけながら複数段のロールの間を波状に通
過させ、終段の2本のロールのおのおのを垂直方
向に移動可能にすると共に、その前隣のロールを
固定にすることを特徴とするので、最後に残存す
る長手方向の歪を除去するためには、上記2本の
ロールの移動操作に豊富な経験とデータを必要と
する不都合があつた。本発明はこれ等の不都合を
解消することを目的として提案されたもので、上
記特許請求の範囲に記載のように、少くとも最終
段の矯正用ワークロールの上流側又は後流側に、
上記ワークロールに対し金属帯板の進行方向に関
係移動可能で、上記ワークロールより大径のデフ
レクタロールを配置したことを特徴とするため、
構造が単純で移動させるロールが1本であるか
ら、ロールの操作には、さしたる経験とデータを
必要としない。次に本発明の特徴および作用、効
果を実施例によつて説明する。第1図は本発明に
よる帯鋼の矯正装置の要部の1例を示し、同図に
おいて1は帯鋼、2,3,4,5は矯正用ワーク
ロールで、帯鋼1に矢印A,A′の方向に張力を
かけながらワークロールの間を波状に矢印Bの方
向に通過させ、また、最終段のワークロール5の
上流側に大径のデフレクタロールCを、又後流側
にデフレクタロールDを配置し、上流側の大径の
デフレクタロールCだけを矢印Eの方向に移動可
能にしたことを特徴とする。この例の場合、帯鋼
1はワークロールの間を通過する間に互い違いの
方向に曲げられて、長手方向および巾方向の歪を
矯正され、最後に残存する長手方向の歪は大径の
デフレクタロールCの移動操作によつて容易に除
去される。たとえば、上向きの曲りぐせが残存す
る場合、大径のデフレクタロールCをワークロー
ル4に近づける方向に移動すれば帯鋼1に対する
ワークロール5の曲げ効果が減少し、ワークロー
ル4の曲げ効果が増大するので直ちに上向の曲り
ぐせは除去される。
