【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は金属帯板たとえば長尺帯鋼の歪を矯正して平坦
化する装置に関するものである。従来この種の装置とし
て特開昭50−71557号公報記載の発明が公知であ
る。この発明の場合、金属帯板に張力をかけながら複数
段のローールの間を波状に通過させ、終段の2本のロー
ルのおのおのを一ルを固定にすることを特徴とするので
、最後に残存する長手方向の歪を除去するためには、上
記2本のロールの移動操作に豊富な経験とデータを必要
とする不都合があった。本発明はこれ等の不都合を解消
することを目的として提案されたもので、上記特許請求
の範囲に記載のように、少くとも最終段の矯正用ワーク
ロールの上流側又は後流側に、上記ワークロールに対し
金属帯板の進行方向に関係移動可能で、上記ワークロー
ルよシ太径のデフレクタロールを配置したことを特徴と
するため、構造が単純で移動させるロールが1本である
から、ロールの操作には、さしたる経験とデータを必要
としない。次に本発明の特徴および作用、効果を実施例
によって説明する。第1図は本発明による帯鋼の矯正装
置の要部の1例を示し、同図において1は帯鋼、2.3
.4.5は矯正用ワークロールで、帯鋼1に矢印A、A
/の方向に張力をかけながらワークロールの間を波状に
矢印Bの方向に通過させ、また、最終段のワークロール
5のト疏個にす径のデフレクタロールCを、又後流側に
デフレクタロールDを配置し、上流側の大径のデフレク
タロールCだけを矢印Eの方向に移動可能にしたことを
特徴とする。この例の場合、帯鋼1はワークロールの間
を通過する間に互い違いの方向に曲げられて、長手方向
および巾方向の歪を矯正され、最後に残存する長手方向
の歪は大径のデフレクタロールCの移動操作によって容
易に除去される。たとえば、上向きの曲りぐせが残存す
る場合、大径のデフレクタロールCをワークロール4に
近づける方向に移動すれば帯鋼1に対するワークロール
5の曲げ効果が減少し、ワークロール4の曲げ効果が増
